Friends they both are from Pan jab , where they studied , they are the Dr 's of Pan jab Sanjiveeni branch .

So they know each other very well , they are like our beloved couple Arman + Ridhima , they looks very good together , they become a couple ( if DMG creative team wants it ) .

I think they both r from the same school or college..because in yesterday's epi..when Muskaan picks a magazine frm Rahul's locker..she was like "sab jaanti hoon school main bhi kia karta tha..kitni baar teacher tujhe school se nikal chuki hain" and sumthing about the college too. But isnt it a blooper..coz Armaan was also with Rahul..y doesnt Armi knw Muskaan then?! 😕
