Call Me Old Fashioned

Call me old fashioned or whatever floats your boat but I think an intimate kiss between Armaan and Riddima would be in harsher terms a disgrace to television. I understand that television has portrayed many sexual scenes and things far worse in particularly the shows of Ekta Kapoor. However we must take into consideration that kissing is not too popular onscreen…and there must be a reason for this. I personally think that a kiss is a very delicate thing that's very hard to handle onscreen and is a matter of extreme privacy which ironically we do not find in sexual scenes. Portraying a kiss onscreen is not only difficult but has serious consequences for the show or movie if the kiss goes wrong. For example, the much talked about kiss of Hrithik Roshan and Ashwariya Rai in Dhoom 2 has created serious controversies, but was portrayed so wonderfully between the two actors, that the scene was a super hit!

Just my two cents on the matter….do tell me your opinions, guys!

Yup i do understand wat are u trying to convey....... n we all are damn sure that AR's kiss won't be shown at any cost..........though another intimate scenes may be shown but kiss won't be shown...........so just chill

Tammy, I agree with your sentiments. It's a part of life and normal, but not for Indian television. Even though I see it all the time in English television and films, it doesn't look right on Indian shows.

But I agree with Mehak, that I doubt they'll show the kiss.
