i wonder wat is shubhankars truth and how come keerti is bothered about sapna and shubhu?i think keerti likes him because even in ridz partykeerti starts 2 dance wid shubhu and in dandiyan she comes in between sapna and shubhu.do comment.

I think they're already engaged or something. She just doesn't want Sapna's feelings to get hurt.

They are probably engaged and dr.keerti iznt trying to be mean she juz wants to tell sapna to know more abt dr.subhankar so later on she wont get hurt knowing dat he iz engaged im guessing
