Okie here's my theory...I think the machu pichu place could be the point where Jen used to pick Karan up during KZK days...coz I remember there was this article back then about how Barkha didn't like that they spent so much time together...and KSG had said something like 'I walk to a certain point from home and that's where she picks me up and drops me back'

anyways, so when KSG mentioned this...Jen's smile kinda showed that he was talking about that place...and that's why she asked him again 'you'll take me to machu pichu?'...and he was like 'yeah...I'll pick you from there and...'
