ANJIE'S BACK!
Thank you for writing about the Anjie-Ridzie scenes, Trinz...I freaked out and went to watch the epi as soon as I saw that.
Whatever I was expecting, it wasn't this!
To see Anjali eating a huge bar of chocolate, sniffling and crying...Definitely not what I expected!
All the same, I'm happy with what we're getting, so...I'm glad that the writers decided to finally bring out Anjali's vulnerability (I don't know how many times I've said that she's an amazing mix of vulnerability and strength...way too many times) even if it was handeled in a slightly humorous way. It was cute.
"Bina feelings ki ek lifeless doll hoon..." - Awwwwww. Some people probably thought that a few years ago, darling...But not everyone felt that way! 😳
"Phir bhi sab samajhte hai main buri hoon...*sad pout*" - That made me want to give her a hug! She's so adorable!
But seriously, why is she crying? Is there something more to this outburst of sadness? (There probably isn't, but I'd like to know exactly who thinks Anjali Gupta is an egoistic, lifeless doll with no feelings!)
It's always a treat to see Su-Jenny! 😃

@ Borna: Sis I could really feel at home once I saw Sunaina on the screen again, it was like some familiar feeling just came when the camera showed her. I love her hair now, I didn't like it pinned back in the curls and stuff. I like her laidbackness compared to the ambitious person we saw before. I loved them together, but I wish Shashank would come back after all it is his show as much as anyone. He should come to close the sequel to Sanjeevani. @ Sahar: I love you!! Thanks for commenting. =)

@Trinzie: I know exactly what you mean about Sunaina and the familiarity she brings with her. This time, there was no dramatic entrance or anything...She was just there, and her presence filled this huge void that I didn't even realize I still had. I'm sure Sunaina's screen presence was what allowed me to appreciate Anjali right from the early days of the show. And to see Anjali like that, it was almost as if she had never left...
I also liked the relaxed feel of Anjali's house in Delhi (I'm assuming it's Anjali's house; correct me if I'm wrong). She said that she's a mess, and from looking around the room, I could tell! The house actually looked like it was inhabited, and that something was troubling Anjie enough for her to just plop down in a corner and nibble on a chocolate bar. It's nice seeing her in a home setting for once (because we never really saw much of her as far as I can remember).
I miss Shashank so, so, SO much! Ironic to think that he was the one who was included to get more people to watch the show, what with it claiming to be a semi-sequel to Sanjivani and all. Ironic and rather sad, in my opinion. Poor Shashank, poor Anjali. Poor Omi and poor Smriti, who were killed off "in between seasons" and then used as "links" between the shows. If I could have taken Pankit and Sunaina and stuck them in Sanjivani as the older versions of Atul and Anjali, I'd have been so much happier. That's pretty much how I have come to regard DMG's Atul-Anjali: I've plucked them from this mess and taken them to the land of What-Might-Have-Been.
PS - Oh yes. And poor Rahul-Juhi, who served as a very obvious "inspiration" for the early days of this show. Sorry, just had to mention that, since they went through far too many trials and tribulations out of love for each other - I couldn't leave them out.

This was definitely an episode which left everbody with mixed emotions...In a way, it was such a delight to watch Armaan back to his old self....The funny side of him is being shown again and this something we have not seen for some time...and the depressing bit is when another character leaves the show, it kinda of really dampens one's mood since it's an affirmation that show will be ending soon....
