Yeah Kiran. Thanks for your comments. I will update the OS by tonight and the end would be mostly by Thursday. I definitely would be expecting a lamba sa comment. Okay.

SR OS Second Chances Part 7

Recap:- So we see that Sid is alive and works with Dr.Mehta and he has adopted a girl and named her Siddhi. Sid doesn't want to contact Riddhima whatsoever but Dr.Mehta wishes for someone to help him find Riddhima as he wants Sid to reunite with Riddhima.

Ab aage:-

Dr.Mehta tried to find out about Riddhima without Sid knowing it but unfortunately he didn't go any further as Sid never told Dr.Mehta where he was from and never mentioned Sanjeevani's name. But luck smiled on Dr.Mehta's efforts and 2 yrs after the accident Sid terribly missed his parents and Sue in US and wanted to contact them. To tell them that he was safe and alive. Dr.Mehta allowed Sid to go to US and meet his family once.

Sue and Sid's parents were happy that Sid was alive but Sid forbid them also to contact Riddhima. He didn't give any reason for it but he just told them never to contact Riddhima. He then returned to Ambala. Sue was very attached to her brother and knew that he was hiding something. So she was not at peace and she followed him to India. Once in India she came to know everything about her brother's accident and what had happened in the last 2 yrs in Sid's life.

Dr.Mehta:- Sue Sid still loves Riddhima and if there is any way we can get them together then it would be really good. Sid is very close to you too. Can you see if you can open him up. Can you prod him.

Sue:- I know Uncle. Sid is still in love with Bhabhi and there Bhabhi is still living as Sid's widow, I wish both of them get together. Let me talk to Sid today.

Sue talks to Sid and tells him that Riddhima is still living with his memories.

Sue:- Bro I have met Bhabhi couple of times. She still loves you and you wouldn't believe her state. If she didn't love you then she would have moved on. But no she still is living like your widow with you in her memories. Why are you torturing yourself and Bhabhi. Tell her the truth and get her in your life.

Sid:- No Sue I don't want to meet Riddhima. I gave love another chance and it failed miserably on me. I can't take another chance on my heart. If me and Riddhima are meant to be together then Destiny has to give us a second chance and only then we will be together. I have left everything in Destiny's hand.

Sue was sad but she couldn't do anything. She met Riddhima without Sid knowing it and tried to find out if she still felt for Armaan.

Sue:- Bhabhi why are you still alone. Why didn't you move on in your life and marry Armaan.

Riddhima(with tears in her eyes):- Sue I can never marry Armaan. Sue I have been and always will be Sid's Riddhima. I did one small mistake and god snatched me the chance that I could explain to Sid what had actually happened. I wanted to end my life too but I knew that I can't dishonor Sid's gift to me. Sid's love is my gift and I am going to be happy all my life with his gift. I can never be anyone's but Sid's.

Sue hearing this breaks down and hugs her bhabhi. She knew that Riddhima loved Sid but never knew that Riddhima has fallen this deep in love with her superboy.

Sue:- Oh Bhabhi. I just hope love gives you another chance, that destiny helps you somehow.

Sue came back and told Dr.Mehta how Riddhima was and both knew that they should get Sid and Riddhima to meet.

Dr.Mehta:- I tell you both Sid and Riddhima are idiots and we need to get them together. Fine if they don't want to meet each other, we will make them meet each other. I will make sure Riddhima comes to Ambala on a visiting trip and I will make sure they face each other.

But it took another 2.5 yrs for Dr.Mehta's wish to come true. Sid started out studying for being a surgeon and both Sue and Dr.Mehta decided that once Sid finishes his studies they will make both Riddhima and Sid meet each other. They didn't want Sid to be disturbed in the middle of his studies. Sue was the mother to Siddhi whenever Sid had to go out on trips during his surgeon studies. As soon as Sid passed out of the studies with flying colors both Dr.Mehta and Sue made a plan of having a medical camp in Ambala and they called up Sanjeevani to have Riddhima attend the camp.

But Dr.Mehta and Sue were more lucky than they thought and Siddhi met Riddhima before Sid and Riddhima could meet.

The next day even though Sid forbid Siddhi to play with strangers, Siddhi came to park to play with Riddhima. Both Siddhi and Riddhima played a lot.

Siddhi:- Aunty let's play ball and catch.

Riddhima:- Okay beta. Let us play it. As you know your wish is my command.

Siddhi and Riddhima play the ball catch game and when the ball goes to the road Siddhi runs to get the ball. Siddhi doesn't see the truck coming on the road and before she can run she gets hit by the truck.

Riddhima turns around in time to see Siddhi getting hit by the truck. It is like a nightmare for Riddhima to see Siddhi being hit.

Riddhima(screaming):- Siddhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.

Riddhima runs to Siddhi and picks her up. Siddhi was bleeding from her head and was unconsicous.

Riddhima(crying):- Nahi Siddhi, nahi mera beta.I will not allow anything to happen to you. I know you are not my child but you are more than that.

Riddhima just doesn't know any other hospitals in Ambala so takes Siddhi to Dr.Mehta's hospital where she was the visiting doctor. Riddhima runs into the reception area with bleeding Siddhi in her arms.

Riddhima:- Nurse please make the OT ready. This girl needs immediate attention.

The nurse looks at the child in Riddhima's hands and is shocked to see that it is Siddhi.

Nurse(shouting):- Arey koi Dr.Modi ko batao. Siddhi is hurt. Oh Madam this is Siddhi. Please come with me. I will ask Dr.Modi to come and operate her.

Riddhima(shouting):- Nurse there is no time to let Dr.Modi know. I am a doctor and a surgeon and let me operate on this girl now. Please make OT ready.

Riddhima doesn't wait for anyone and goes into the OT and does the operation on Siddhi. All through the operation she just prayed for all the gods to make the operation successful and save Siddhi's life.

Meanwhile the other nurses tell Sid that Siddhi had an accident. Sid's world slips beneath his feet. He can't believe his child had an accident. He runs to the reception area to have a look at her.

Sid(shouting):- Nurse where is Siddhi. What happened to her.

Nurse:- Sir Siddhi had an accident. The visiting doctor is in OT doing her operation.

Sid(now mad and angry):- Nurse how can you allow anyone to operate on Siddhi. You knew that I was in the hospital and how can you allow someone else to operate on Siddhi.

Nurse(trying to pacifying Sid):- Sir the doctor didn't agree and since there was less time she went into surgery immediately. It has been already 20 mins since she is in the surgery. Don't worry sir. Nothing will happen to Siddhi.

Sid is now completely lost as he knows there was nothing much the nurse could have done. He runs to the OT and sees the operation is in progress.Sid just doesn't know what to do and he doesn't have the strength in him to go in the room, the room where his life was being operated on. He just sits down there and pages Dr.Mehta.

After 20 more mins Dr.Mehta arrives and Sid just breaks down holding Dr.Mehta.

Sid:- Uncle Siddhi had an accident. I just hope she is fine Uncle.

Dr.Mehta:- Don't worry Sid. Why didn't you go inside the OT.

Sid:- I just couldn't Uncle. I just couldn't see Siddhi laying on the Operation Table.

Dr.Mehta:- Don't worry Sid. It is okay. I am here with you.

Just then the OT's lights go off and Riddhima comes out. Riddhima sees a old man consoling a young man and immediately guesses that they are relatives of Siddhi. She is very relieved to see them there.

Riddima walks to them and in a calm tone tells them that their child is safe.

Riddhima:- Don't worry. Siddhi is now safe and the operation was successful. She should regain consicous in another 3-4 hrs.

Hearing that operation was successful Sid turns to see the doctor who saved Siddhi's life and at that moment both Riddhima and Sid see each other. Both are shocked to see each other and just stop without saying anything.

So guys comments please. The OS has max of 2 more parts and hopefully I would finish it in another 3 days.
