I always loved Riddhima's character. Because it was complex. It made sense. It wasn't a paper cut doll like every other serial heroine. She actually seemed human. Almost all of her actions made sense to me.

In past few days I have been so disappointed. It had nothing to do with couple and it had nothing to do with the promo. I was just sad that the journey she took no longer had a meaning.

As for SR I never really felt Riddhima was in love with Sid. I do think she really likes him and has serious feelings for him. But the reason why I loved them was the respect. I liked Riddhima's rebirth. I loved how she completely crumbled and then Sid made her whole again. I love how she didn't fall in love with Sid on the first day when he did something nice. She genuinely liked him. She respected him and best of all she saw the husband in him. Even now when she gets lost in Armaan's thoughts she wishes to be Sid's wife. It's not for society's obligation but it is because she knows what they share. And she knows this was the man who made her who she is. I love the line you mentioned. Where she says to herself " shayad itna bhi haq nahi samjha mujh pe" Even when her world was turned upside down by Armaan's return she looked toward her husband. She always knows that he is her other half. During Armaan's problem she always goes to Sid. It was such a beautiful bond that even love didn't compare to it.

Journey of the second phase is what she is today she is a person who holds herself and others in high regard, understand human bond, not egoistic, she is all what she was not prior to her honeymoon.

Not that I am writing Riddhima's perspective hence saying this but I genuinely feel Sid did not change Riddhima He only gave her reasons to change he showed her means by which she can changed. But like Riddhima said she took the decision to move forward / to change. Moving forward is not getting married or falling in love again, etc. It means giving yourself a new chance, looking forward towards accepting life, living it with full zest. Hence she says 'Tumne mujhe jeena sikha diya' But teacher teaches but if the student refuses to learn then what will happen. Definitely Riddhima will not happen she learnt ....... Someone else will happen 😊

Sorry but I beg to differ here Also I don't want to view her from Siddhant's Riddhima or Armaan's Riddhima or Basket Hence names the post so Riddhima - The Lady and I also have not used the woman here. It's Riddhima - The Lady

Though her actions during the past one week post her remarriage makes no sense atleast to me. On one had she wants to remain Mrs.Modi and on the other hand remembers her lover even when she is with her husband.. and now the precap scene . I can never respect a woman who is ruining the life of ppl who love her-knowingly or unknowingly.
