🤣 TRPs shudnt be calculated i think a show's concept storyline and characters shud matter more bt this is telly land always run behind trps :( sadly enuf... thnx for the infor tho

Wait. How can STAR ONE not have a GRP system? :\ It just that the trps are so low, it doesn't appear in the Top 100 or whatever. If they weren't included in this whole TRP business then we wouldn't even having ratings like 0.4..etc. Or Geet wouldn't have rankings of 0.6!

:\ No channel is going to willingly keep out of the TRP system!

one thing is for sure no other show survived on Star one for three years apart from DMG gd script or no fans still love this and watch it even in the worst pace DMG is still on top be it first position or second and i hope trp's increase now they should do something abt it

Ok can u tell me wats a GRP system.??? Since apparently Star One does not have it.

As far as I know GRP is a number (percentage) calculated using a formula. Its calculated by third party agencies and the nos. affect the kind of advertisements the channel gets.
Its not something the channel has or does not have.

I'm not saying u are making up stuff. I'm just saying u might have the wrong info or maybe u mis-interpreted the info ur source gave u.

So people used to go on about why trps are low this couple will raise it etc. Now that the trps are low with the couple you give a reason for low trps

Look I have no idea how TRPs work but didn't they rise after Shilpa came? I don't how much, but I'm quite sure they did somewhat.

Two points:
1. DMG deserves applause for holding onto the audience for 3 years. There are some very basic reasons for it but I won't get into that.

2. How can ppl on this forum be so hypocritical? Alot of ppl are saying that this goes to show that actors don't affect TRPs, well then why were the same ppl claiming that KSG's return increased the TRPs? Why were ppl pleading with the CVs to being him back, and saying we'll only watch when he comes back?
Look I'm a KSG fan and I know that his return saved the show from ending (so he DID affect the TRPs) BUT so did Shilpa's return. It's just very annoying to see the same ppl change their statements now b/c it's Shilpa's turn.
