Till todate Riddhima didnot move on. She feels Armaan's presence all the time. She is just giving importance to her marriage and Sid because he saved her life.

The situation where Sid saved her life would have done by any nice sane individual. Don't say why Arman didnot save him, he was not sane at that time, otherwise what we see Armaan is; he cannot let anyone die before him, and for Riddhima he can go any extent. So Armaan's behaviour in Paanchgani was kind of not like Armaanish. So he must be insane not to understand the criticality of Ridz situation. Otherwise Armaan will not let his enemy die in front of him, New writers didnot explain it well till now.

If the question of saving comes. Armaan alos saved Ridz many tmes. Also what is great is: Armaan was willing to die with her when he couldnot save her..bomb incident

Moreover it is not easy to move on for girls who was ready to die for someone. She would have needed more time to settle down before that hasty marriage. I think to start a new relationship that too marriage your mind needs to be free from any past baggage.

This Lovestory is not created in one day to be destroyed in a minute. The love shown between arman and Riddhima will take years to be destroyed. It is not ordinary lovestory we come across everyday. where girl gets married to parental pressure leaving her lover and falls head over heels with her husband.
