Heyy everyone

Looks like the forum is very 'garam garam' today. I can already see fire and smoke coming out here! 😆 Ok so looks like people (Armaan and Sid fans) have gone completely hyper over today's precap. Armaan fans seem pleased, and Sid fans seem very upset! I want to express a non-biased opinion on this situation because I am a fan of both Armaan and Sid, and they are both justified in their own way according to their characters.

All I can say is the 'famous' punch of Armaan was unexpected but not extremely surprising. Ofcourse I feel Armaan punching Sid was definitely the wrong thing to do, and he could have taken out his anger in a different way. Now if you look at Armaan's character, he can be quite aggressive and impulsive by nature if you push his buttons too far. Once Armaan loses his temper, he is capable of hurting others or himself for the sake of his love or his friendship. An example would be the famous scene when Armaan pushes Abhi into the pool because he misunderstands him. So you can see that Armaan's aggressive nature had always existed from before. Its always been a part of his character.

Now coming to the point where many fans are debating on whether Sid 'deserved' the punch or not. Ofcourse he did not deserve such abusing treatment! Sid did not commit any kind of crime where he needed to be punched by Armaan to get him sorted out. Sid may have hidden the truth, lied several times and had given Armaan false reassurance in the name of friendship...but that was ONLY due to the complicated situation both Sid and Riddhima were in! I'm pretty sure if anyone was in Sid's place they wouldn't go up to Armaan and be like "Oh by the way, I'm married to Riddhima so just get lost!". I feel both Sid and Armaan are right and wrong in their own ways. As I mentioned before, both of them are justified according to their character traits.

** No BASHING at all! I would really appreciate if people kept their Armaan and Sid manias out of my post. Please reply in a sensible manner without bringing in stupid biases on either characters. **

I agree with you!

I'm an AR fan but I feel that Sid did not 'deserve' the punch. But yes, Armaan is totally justified because his whole world just came crashing down..he probably didn't know what to do; he was simply confused, upset and heartbroken.

Wow, I actually thought that this was a change in Armaan's character. I didn't expect him, at all, to punch Sid. It was totally unexpected from my side. I thought Armaan was a type of character who ensured that everyone around him was happy and stuff, but the punch was actually a blow on my face. Thank you for reminding me of the Abhi and pool scene, which shows that his aggresive behaviour had always been by his side. Whereas, I'd thought that there was a change in his character.

Anyways, Sid was not the only one to be blamed. Ridhima was equally part of this whole 'I'm-not-going-to-tell-him-about-my-marriage' issue.

Well yeah Sid could behave the same way for sure.. And thinking what tough time Abhimanyu had given to Armaan, Sid could have done the same..

But I like the way it's going.. becoz it's clearly showing the two different characters and people who are neutral viewers, can actually fall for him..

He's got a slap from Ridz.. that was for no reason.. And now this punch, which was kinda unnecessary.. Armaan is surely gonna pay/repent for his action some day or other.. May be Ridz will come to support Sid ;)

the punch was wrong but totally justified. everyone played with Armaan's feelings and his emotions..everyone! they made a mockery out of his love and ridiculed him in front of the whole hospital! he didn't deserve to know the truth this way.

i don't like the fact that Riddhima is giving a cold shoulder to him in the precap..why is she still mad at him? why can't she talk it out calmly and lovingly?

Why pain him even more by showing rage at him and then going pain herself too?

I feel Armaan was in a confused state of mind about how to react to the situation. I didn't ever expect him to punch Sid. Armaan is such a happy go lucky person and never expected this from him. Possibly he could have just caught hold of his collar and showed his anger rather than punching him.

Armaan felt cheated of the fact that Sid helped him to regain his love Riddhima inspite of Sid knowing the fact that he is already married to Riddhima. Moreover Armaan is unable to sink in the fact that Riddhima is now married to Sid.

I am really eager to see Riddhima's reaction when she comes to know about this.

I totally agree......

I have not seen this series long enough .....

I do not know A's character that well so it will not be right to make judgement based on that but from all that has been going on.....

Its justified...because... Arman came back to Sanjeevni to be with the one he loved.......he was never told the truth...he went on and on weaving happy dreams ..when everyone around him went along...and noone bothered to tell him the truth...have his feelings mocked by having a public cafeteria wedding.....

......and when your whole world comes crashing down on you.....what will you do.....vent

It is wrong because ...it was never Sid's intention to mock his feelings...it was never his intention to keep him in the dark just to amuse himself.....all he ever wanted was to give the choice to the woman he loved...protect her from anyone who would influence her choice.......whether it be in his favour or not........he sat through that wedding...he could have stopped it.....thats not so hard....he is married....he dint need a bigger excuse.....but he knew she needed to face her inner confusions...she could not run forever....

Arman does not know all this......for him....the reality is too hard to face......he is justified in his anger but not the punch........because he does not know why Sid did what he did

how easily you said that ..he is loosing the most precious in his life..the person who acted as though he was helping and getting friendly with Armaan for him to reunite with ridhimma is only the real reason for him loosing his precious one..it is so normal on Armaan to have atleast hit him, if not anything else worser than that

I completely agree with you,....
As I love both Armaan and Sid,I felt upset for Sid but a bit pleased for Armaan...

I,too,felt that Armaan's anger could have been revealed in a more appropriate way....

Today,the forum indeed has become very 'hot'...😆
Previously,I felt that Armaan should have gotten to know the truth way before because it would have been more and more painful for him as time passed in the misunderstanding which did happen today....

i agree with u.... sid is the only reason why ridz is being separated from Armaan...so what do u expect from a man who loved a girl more than his own life, almost died various times for her and then she comes to tell him that she is married to someone else.....oh c'mon he is a human NOT A GOD..... he also have a heart that always the people he trusts come and BREAK it... recently like sid and Ridz... 😡 😡 he also gets angry.. he also has emotions.!!!!
sometimes i think that sid did not only deserved one punch... if i wud have been in armaan's place then i cud have done smthg even worse... seriosuly!!!!!! 😡
but still its ARMAAN....the happy, cute and who always makes everyone smile 👏👏
well i think sid kinda did deserved it cuz when ridz fully told him that they shud tell armaan abt the "forced" marriage but noooo he was so involved in playing "MAHAAN" & to let her be a part of his drama to act as ARMAAN's WIFE!!!! r u out of ur mind... dude????? seriously .. u guys just made ARMAAN's love, his feelings in fact him a JOKE, a MOCKERY 😡 😡 and then expect him to come to u and ask u why did u do this to me??? SID.... politely....😡.....

but before he asked ridz to act as Armaan's wife.. i liked Sid's character a bit and according to that point if he hadn't asked her to smthg so cheap then i wud've had supported him todaiii but no.....
