too many changes hampers story

i personally get a feeling, the reason why DMG is taking which ever direction the wind blows only cos, the creative team of the show isnt in place- we all only know of the on screen replacements that have happened on the show time and again, but sadly, the creative team has also faced many more replacements than the actors them selves..... just to name a few...

and i don even remember the names of the new ones

these are just a few names, but i think, with so much changing inside DMG as well, i doubt if anyone really bothers to keep a tab on the story, the new ones have their own ideas, and the charactwr sketches go for a toss! i think the only briefing any new entrant on DMG gets is- Armaan loves Riddhima- period! now you so whatever you want with the story- and when a new track doesnt work, they resort to desperate measures like steamy moments and Armaanisation of any sort to make it work!!!

its really sad to see DMG disintegrate like this.... i dont think any show on Indian TV has seen so many ups and downs! i strongly feel, the backbone of DMG is broken and skewed, where will they set things straight on the face of it....

it really does .... a big example is ekta's shows ..whenever her creative team changes shows go haywire ..

I think its to do with the entire process of getting connecting with the characters when u initially sketch them and the process of thought that goes into it.

When the heads change, the thinking change too..

i mean, look at how the change of actors also disorients a stpry, though they are only supposed to be the faces of the characters that the makers create....!!!! i think the writing team of the story should stay fixed or atleast maintain consistency with the story line.......

but still it doesnt give them the right 2 play wth us

well, depends on how you look at it, for them they are just doing their job, of putting up and episode at the end of the day... its like any other day to day job, and they clearly have lost all motivation at the moment... and do you blame them for the same?

With the changes in the creative team and the production team..

No one has the feeling like they OWN this show..

They don't have the connect..

They don't have the passion

And they just don't feel for the show..

More so… NONE of them have any idea what the fans want and realize what the fans are looking forward to..

This is the first show that I have seen that everything is going against the story line.. EVERYTHING.. Everytime..

There waz no Dill Mill gayee in the Original DMG at all..

And now in the DMG2(as they call it!) they are Dill millaoing with anyone that comes .. feels like the show Young and Restless.. All the characters have been with all the other characters in the show.. regardless of age!! LOL! There is no grip to the story line.. there is no passion.. there is no CREATIVITY…!!!

This show seems like Creatives are taking revenge on the fans .. saying ..

"hey you love us naa.. here you go.. another twist.. goodluck and make sure to have your antiacids!!!! "

I can only say.. Amita and Nassir are the only ones that had the passion for this show… once they were gone this show has been downhill!!

i really loved what you wrote, totally agree with what you said- yes there was a time when the passion from the side of the creatives was clearly apparent on the screen- it was obvious, they lived and felt every emotion that they showed on the show- we dont know why so many changes have happened, we dont know why things on DMG went so bad, but i clearly think the initial success went to their heads- cos they thought they would show anything and it would work, and i dont blame them either, we gave them the impression, there would be days when there would be no story at all, but the episodes would run on moments and we would all lap them up nicely, falling head over heals in love with the magic the show was creating...

today, they are just a bunch of technicians trying to get their work done- either by hook or by crook- when a track doesnt work, they abruptly end it, and when things still dont go their way they bring in mroe and more people, there was no need for them to have an Ali Merchant cameo, i still didnt quiet get why they had to do that, even if they did they should have followed it up- why a new Raj now???? m sure they are looking towards wrapping Naina's story with this new chap-but i have one question, there has to be some reason, some goddamn reason why tehre are so many replacements one after another in only one show... look at MJHT ( okay i am not exactly comparing), but look at the their ensemble cast, not one person has changed since its inception!!!, i hate this bitterness, and i really miss those days when we used to come onto this forum just to rejoice and relive the joy DMG would give us for those 20 minutes in a day!!!
