But any father will be mad on the person coz of whom her daughter will make it to the death bed. Ridhhima was like "Nahi Armaan main tumhare bina nahi jaoungi" (In that Last Scene). Obv the father will have his own perspective. He'll think coz of Armaan she kinda lost her daughter.

Now the situation is totally different. Now Armaans not coming back. N then Ridzy claims she got raped. So to save Ridzy's image, Shashank is asking her to marry Sid. Whats so strange about that. He wont let her wait for Armaan n get pregnant in the meanwhile.

Another reason could be, that he really regrets his decision that he never accepted Armaan. N he sees Sid as a younger version of Armaan. So probably out of guilt, he waana get them married.

but what has sid done to win shashank's trust that he wants her daughter to get married to an intern and the person who took advantage of her

well what kind of a message do shashank want to give, if u like a girl then rape her so that she will marry u afterwords, i don't think this is the right way of solving a problem

Im guessing you're an adult. So you'll understand how helpless parents feel when their daughter is a victim of a rape.

the 'raping' thing was just a misunderstanding from riddhima and she will clear it very soon..shashank also knows it..he knows that his daughter is too sensitive about all these things and he is also sure about her correcting herself when she comes to know that she is wrong...
