He most certainly is a gem, sis! And like you said, it's so evident that he misses Sunaina a lot. They are the ones who took their respective character graphs to new heights even when they were hardly given any attention.

That chemistry between the two of them - all those icy glares fom Anjali and all the repetitive compliments from Atul - they were all worth watching! Full credit to Pankit and Sunaina for shining in those small scenes every time.

I don't think I'm going to ever forget RM's break-up party...That party was full of AA moments - I think I could devote a post to that party in itself...But since Ishita mentioned Atul's trademark compliment, here are a few thoughts:

Atul: Anjali, tum...Bahut...

Anjali: *cuts him off* Bahut achchi lag rahi hoon. Thanks, I know. Ek advice doon?

Atul: Haan, haan, do na!

Anjali: Do saal se wohi line try kar rahe ho. Kuch naya try karo na...*smiles*

Atul: Jab tak tum mujhe line maarne de rahi ho, I'm happy...*smiles*

There was Atul's predictable compliment, and Anjali's ever-so-subtle way of hinting that she wants him to say something more meaningful than that...Her ever-so-subtle way of flirting is extremely cute, and only Anjali Gupta could've said something like that so casually. That's the thing with them - it's never the conscious actions that make an impact; it's always those impulsive reactions that mean so much. Especially when it comes from Anjali.

I am so so SO glad that Atul didn't end up with Sapna...Cute love stories are nice, but the sort of evolution that Anjali went through because of Atul's selfless love is something that is rarely seen. And it's such a pity that one of the most meaningful love stories has been left hanging...Well, I'm still hanging on to the assumption that they've got a long-distance relationship going.

You know, I would give anything to see them together now. Obviously Atul is still fun and all, but he knows when to be serious. He's much more grounded and more practical. Anjali thought she wanted a man with tons of attitude, but she ended up growing more and more attached to Atul's gentle mannerisms, and that changed her as a woman as well. I don't think there's any other pair of characters that has changed as much as Atul and Anjali over these years.

Exactly..... The way their characters have shaped up is just so great..... Atul's become more mature and practical while Anjali developed that completely new softer dimension to her character. I guess this happened due to the impact they both had on each other.....

And for them it's always been the small moments that mattered most..... Like Atul eating the food cooked by Anjali, even when he knew how terrible she was at cooking....Even Anjali's secret admirer idea was an indication that she wanted to tell him how much he mattered to her. And that cute locker room scene where she subtly admits that Atul is her boyfriend ....
Awesome!!! And the hug that followed.....😍 Even though their dates always got spoilt somehow, Anjali always gave Atul a chance because she knew how much Atul wanted to go out with her and somewhere deep down, she wanted it too, though she never admitted it.......I think I'm going crazy over them all over again..........

Yep the interview was really great....wen he tlked about the TACOS and Sunaina i was so achin to have them bck its jus nt the same without them.

I have no idea why we never get to talk to each other properly! I'm off to class in a few minutes...*groan* Next time...Next time.

Anyway, I didn't watch the episode, but I think I will today, for once. For Pankit and Jenny and Mohnish! If Shashank is FINALLY realizing how ridiculous his darling daughter has been acting due to her angst over Armaan (which was partly Shashank's fault, na?), I'm definitely watching this. Finally bring some sense into the man who couldn't see beyond the n-o and her tears. Good grief.

Even if the Atul-Riddhima scene was two seconds long, if he tells her she's been acting weird, I'm obviously going to watch it! LOL! Our AJ ROCKS! All he needs is his Anjie, and I'll have an incentive to watch the show again. As if I needed to say that. *rolls eyes* Maybe if I repeat it enough, I'll get tired of saying it. *thinks* Nope, don't think that'll happen! 😛

Side note: If Anjie were here, she'd have knocked some sense into the n-o right at the start!

Hey Ishita, Tahminz, Borna!! How are you?

I just got in from a windy and rainy day outside, am finally dry and had lunch so will watch the episode in a bit.

I LOVE that Atul was the one to tell the n-o she is acting weird because hello Atul is her peer and equal and he of all people can tell her without her overreacting or giving them a path lab assignment. HAHA. But jokes aside, Atul was always the one to speak sense really, and although he may not have agreed with the whole picture incident, he didn't necessarily support Rids and her doing her duties the way she is doing them.

Atul was the one who had to repeat his exam and everything just to get promoted, and he finally is, and he was there during the shooting so he would know the n-o best how to tell her.

I agree with you Borna, Anjali would hv knocked sense into her right away!!!

On another note, I am still flying high on the interview from over the weekend! I am SO happy that more and more people are able to enjoy it and see what we have known for the past couple of years, how amazing our sunshine is!! And this is just the beginning for him, he is so special. He shined throughout the interview. 😃

Hey guyz soz i disappeared its jus the timings different so it always gts me mixed up. iv been lukin for sum ppl who mke AA siggys bt it was really hard to find....cud u gyz giv me the links to the galleries or creators of the siggys o the oasis plz?

So wat u guyz up2? its 7:45 here and il probz be gan off in a while so soz if i dnt gt da time to say bye.
