Ok, I liked it.
The biggest thing that I took away from what happened today is that A and N both have MAMMOTH-sized ego's. The 'be-izzati' dialouges, which were almost the same, word-to-word, showed that the wounds they've taken to their pride are deep. They both wanted to stop each other, but expected the other to do it first, say it first, make the initial leap. Lots of self-talk today, and all of it semmed to point to the respective dignity they both possess...manifesting itself in the form of hesitation to speak out. Neither of them want to bend their necks, yet neither wanted to let the other go, which resulted in what we have at hand...a complex, tantalizing limbo.
I wasn't a big fan of both of them pretending like this is the first time they've become aware of the fact that they're in love with each other, especially with dialogues like, "Kya mujhe Abhi/Nikki se..." in front of the mirror, etc. They've been through a lot and already self-admitted to the feelings they've had, so I didn't get what exactly was going on here. Maybe they were trying to portray their confusion, but it could have been done with better dialouges than making it seem like we're back to square one. Later, I liked that they switched to dialouges like "
Itna sab hone ke baad bhi kya Abhi
ab bhi mujshe pyaar karta hai?" and "Aisa kaise ho sakta hai ke
itna saab hone ke baad bhi mujhe Nikki se pyaar hai?" which seemed to keep their history in perspective and perfectly depicted the reluctance and indecision.
When Nikki put her hand on his shoulder, I almost got up and danced a jig!🥳 😆 Finally a gesture from her side, and even A was pleasantly surprised. If anything, we made this little teeny tiny progress. 😛 Also, I can't believe Abhi actually went and closed the door after SLD came in! Once again, I was taken by surprise, because that action just made him seem so forward, bent on having a talk with her alone. I was maniacally urging N to do something when she says "Is baar mujhe haath barhana chahiye..." YESSS. WOMAN,
finally. Finally you see that you should be the one making a move now. He tried and got shot down for it. Your turn, please.
Best dialouge: "Nikki ko mauka mile toh phir se mere dil ko us hi swimming pool mein dekhel de." Maaaaan, that one shot straight through to the heart. Poor baby

Beautifully said, keeping their story in mind.
Annnd, my favourite BG music made an appearance 🥳 Aaah, how perfectly it went with the moment, A stepping out the door and putting his head to it...both of them longing on seperate sides of the wall, so subliminally poignant...😍
