@tara: its a good idea...for example she is pregnant...or phir wo apni delivery sanjeevani hospital main karti hai...well that would be a great case....!!!
bcause of sapna unko to case milega...and maybe wo phirst kaam kare...lol

I have no problem with Sapna returning as well as Rahul, but I guess her in a guest role would be better as there are too many interns now.

Why is it always about replacing? Like before people mentioned NikBhi replacing RM and now Sapna replacing Nikki.
I don't mind if Sapna comes back, but she doesn't need to replace Nikki. Nikki is perfectly fine. If Sapna came back maybe we'd be able to see Atul-Sapna chemistry again.
