You are partially right it is before confession but Ritz's face is such not b'coze of aarman but b'coze of someone else.

when Ar gets hurt after the bike race.. Ridz attending him.. shash comes to meet him...Ridz checks his pulse and Ar tells abt static shock.. this is how Ridz reacts looking at his father.. jan 1st episode...

It is just after Shashank left and all interns come to meet Aarman and Muskaan tells aarman that there will be a party and Atul and Angie says there'll be no party. Ritz's face is like that due to muskaan comments abt new year party.

when armaan got injured when he was following ridhimma in his car

it must be dat scene when ridhimma came for armaan's check up or armaan n nana playing cards n ridhimma came there

it is when armaan got into a car accident the first time and nana is first admitted as a patient and he asks atul to put the injection on his bum (he says maza ata hai) armaan and riddhima are both looking at them laughing

Nahie yaar it's the sceen when Aarma was pretending his hand is paining (and show the hand which was not injured) to Ritz when Ritz comes for checkup. Ritz says thatur OK and Nana read a sher which was samth like "Uske aane se aati hai thopde pe ronak aur usko lagte hai bimaar ki haalat theek hai"
