Rajveer and his friends insult Smiley and Rocky's sisters while preparing for the party for getting funds for their hotel. Ranveer is a privileged brat and he bosses around trying to misbehave with Smiley. Rocky hammers and saves Smiley at that time for which Rajveer was hell bent on seeking revenge. However, Rajveer was always waiting for the right opportunity to molest or sexually assault her. Rocky tried to save her and got caught in the scheme of things.

So was Rocky, come to think of it, if he got Bhatia to accuse Happy's mother of immoral trafficking and get her thrown out of her brother in law's house. I am glad I missed all those ugly parts. What remains is bad enough!

Rocky was obnoxious and his only motto was that happy is a gold digger and needs to be removed from their life. Detested Rocky at that time.

It seems to me that Biji and Rocky's mother could never have liked Happy, and now they hate her virulently. Why then do Happy and her mother continue to live in the Khoslas' house?

It's Chintu's dream which Happy embraced and Kulwant Khosla who kept them with his family.

Was there a Temple View Hotel belonging to the Khosla family even earlier, ie it was not built to fulfil Chintu's dream, but was only upgraded?

Yes, they already owned it. Only Happy and Rocky revamped it.

I saw somewhere that Chintu had left 50% of the hotel shares to Happy, which would mean that it was there already.

3) If half the shares were left to Happy, how come Shaan, simply by paying off the Bhatias and acquiring their investments in the hotel, has become the sole owner? What about Happy's shares?
