DSDV Written Update 5th November- Decisions

Episode begins with Nandini sitting all by herself in the mandir and thinking of all ill that Aayi said to her and the next we see is Kalyani coming there ...She takes her to the neaby park and they sit on a bench to have a chat ... Dr.K gives Nandu her daughter Prapti's reference and explains how she advises her daughter to stay calm during her exams ... She then says that Prem had come to meet u yesterday and Nandu cringes at the mention of his name ....Dr.K assures her that I didn't mind that u said no to the marriage and says that she has all right to choose her life partner but its important to listen to your heart when taking such decisions...

Dr.K advises her to think about her decision ...Nandu says she said no to keep Aayi and everybody in the family happy ...Dr.K is impressed and says I love the way u care for your family... Nandu says everyone's happiness lies in Sumati's so Dr.K asks if she has ever asked Sumati if she would be happy to marry Prem ? Nandu has a flashback of Sumati saying that she will never marry Prem even if Nandu says no coz she doesnt love Prem....Dr.K says that u feel that u need to pay the Karmarkars back coz u live with them... She suggests to take this decision as an exam and ask heself some questions ...she says u have two choices and its upto u to bloom like a flower and keep all happy or just try to keep other happy with being sad yourself...

Dr.K says that its your choice to not get maried to Prem but u can't force Sumati or Prem to get married to each other coz Prem has made up his mind... Nandu asks if her decison is wrong so Dr.K replies that she needs to ask herself that question...Dr.K adds that you will always have this decison to make and u can't run away from it ... She says women mostly feel under pressure towards their farz... she takes her to this tree and says that even her mum had passed away when she was little and she had a hard time making decisions in life ....and when she met Gautam she wasn't sure if she cud ever be a good wife ,mum and if she cud ever complete her studies ...Gautam's mum didnt want her to study after marriage but she did coz she thought it wudn't be right to compromise her life for anyone...She said she studied for her M.D and even Pratham was born before that ...she listened to her heart and now she knows how correct she was in doing so...

She asks Nandu to do the same and not listen to anyone not even her and if she still isnt ready to marry Prem even then she will welcome her decision...She tells Nandu that she always came and sat under this tree and closed her eyes to think and leaves her there....


Next scene is Govind walking into their house with bags of sweets and calling Pallavi out ...Yash asks for laddoo and Pallavi says the sweets are for his maushi's sasural ...Aayi gives Yash a cuddl and says that she will give her mithai and that his parents arent going anywhere...Govind and Pallavi are baffled to hear that and Pallavi says that they are going to the Rajadhyasksha's to arrange a date for the saakhar puda (engagement)....
Ayi asks Govind that he always claims to be discliplined ,so has he asked the girl in question(Nandini) if she is ready for the marriage ? Govind says that Nandini hasn't refused to get married either ...she had gone to meet Prem yesterday and didnt say anything to them about a NO...but Aayi says that Nandini told her that she has refused to marry and told Prem to get married to Sumati ...

Govind is annoyed and calls Nandini out but Sumati says that she isnt home ...Govind asks her if she knows anything about Nandini saying no to Prem ...Sumati replies that Nandu is saying all this coz Aayi is after her life....

Scene shifts to Prem in his room sulking over the rejection but looking yummy in a yellow tee ...
Dr.K walks in and says that she had gone to meet Nandini ,he asks her what she said and she replied that Nandi didnt share her dil ki baat ...Prem replies so that means its still a no from her ...
Dr.K says that he isnt understanding her situation... She says Nandini is torn between her family and herself ...she doesnt know what she wants and only lives for her family... She says that Nandini will not hurt her family to get married to him so Prem replies mere dil ka kya ...ufff !
zor ka jhatka haiye zoro se laga !😆 ...

Dr.K explains how he can share his sorrows with his family but Nandini doesnt have anyone ...She says that Nandini cannot go against her family for him ...and also coz she hardly knows him ...she says that a guy doesnt have to leave anyone when he gets married infact a new member comes to live with him but a girl has to leave her family behind and Nandini has nothing except her family ...
She says that she will be very happy if Nandini says yes but if she says no then he will have to accept and respect her decision ... Prem goes into heartbroken mode and thinks of the side effects of Nandini's decision ....

Next scene is Nandu walks into the Dodiedo house and Aayi marches forward to ask her to confirm what she had said to her last nite...She asks her to tell everyone that she said no to get married to Prem ...Nandu keeps mum and doesnt say a word...Govind asks her what she has decided ,she still remains a statue...Sumati gestures her to say yes and Aayi gives her dirty looks ...lots of background alaap music and the camera revolves around everyone and the epi ends with a confused Nandini....well atleast she wasnt crying ...thats progress :)

Precap: Govind and Pallavi are at the Rajadhyaksha's and talking about the saakhar uda and wedding date ,everyone is smiling and Dr.K says yes about deciding the dates and all but a new character is introduced,I'm assuming she is Urmila's mum who's here to stir and spice up the scene...Well that new lady says that yes plz send Nandini 's kundali and we'll decide the dates ...
Govind and Pallavi look worried ....wonder why ?

was so hoping for the week to end on a better note, know the weddings coming so they should have given us good news before the weekend, its not as if its a secret... dont understand their startegies... 😕

thx for the update...maybe there is something wrong in nandini's kundali which causes problems later on as well (as seen in the promos)

Yup Veena ... in our society, unfortunately, people still believe in the kundali's and girls being manglik and all that stuff. I personally don't believe in these things much .. but if others do, then no harm in it. To each his/her own.
