Police had come searching for Krishna in the previous episode. In the January 14 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, the inspector asks Krishna to accompany him to the police station.

Krishna realizes their was some consfusion when the inspector declares that Krishna Paranjpe's bail is over. Krishna points out that his name is Krishna Karmarkar and not Paranjpe. The inspector then apologizes to Krishna for his mistake and walks away.

Krishna and Sonakshi are about leave but Nandini insists on they having dessert. When she returns, Nandini warns Krishna that next time he would be arrested if he tried to came closer to her. Krishna is shocked on realizing that the whole inspector episode was planned by her.

After Nandini leaves, Krishna deliberately leaves behind his wallet at the dining table.

Kalyani tells Nandini that Govind had come to meet her. Nandini tells Kalyani that she wants to meet Govind.

Next day, an agitated Jayshree blames Pallavi for creating misunderstanding between Govind and Krishna. She moves forward to slap her but Nandini arrives and stops her. She curtly tells Jayshree that it would have been better if she had slapped Krishna.

Govind asks Jayshree not to get carried away with emotions and accept the truth about Krishna. However, Jayshree still refuses to believe and walks away.

While Nandini is alone at home, the electricity goes off. When Nandini truns; around she is shocked to see someone.

Nandini is frightened as the power goes off when she is alone at home. In the January 17 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, she finds a person hiding behind the curtains and believes it to be Prem. However, to her shock it is Krishna.

Nandini manages to free herself from Krishna's hold and flees. When Prem returns, he is alarmed to see Nandini frightened. He is terrified when Nandini claims someone had tried to harm her.

However, when Prem searches the house, he fails to find anyone. Prem believes Nandini got frightened because of the darkness and assures her that everything was fine. Nandini is unable to disclose to Prem that it was Krishna who tried to harm her.

Kalyani is alarmed on finding Nandini frightened after someone tried to harm her. Suhasini dismisses Nandini's fears as a figment of her imaginatin.

Krishna arrives at the same time. Krishna explains that he has come to collect his wallet. Krishna succeeds in his efforts to harass Nandini.

Intimacy grows between Prem and Nandini. When he expresses the desire to get more intimate, Nandini gets wary. Prem asks for what is bothering her, Nandini promises to reveal to him the next day.

The next day brings fresh trouble for Nandini. Nandini realizes to her horror that she has lost her mangalsutra. Her mangalsutra is with Krishna.

Will Nandini outwit Krishna?

In January 18 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, on learning thatNandini lost hermangalsutra, Suhasini gets agitated and yells at her. Urmila also taunts Nandini by stating that she is careless.

Meantime, Krishna plans to create problems between Nandini and Prem.

Next morning, Nandini is about to reveal the truth to Prem but Kalyani arrives and interrupts their conversation.

Krishna, Sonakshi, Mayank and Prapti also arrive along with Kalyani. Prem decides to celebrate makar sankranti by flying kites.

Krishna gets upset when Prem beats him in the kite flying competition. On the other hand, Nandini rejoices when Krishna's loses.

Kalyani asks Nandini to offer laddo to everybody as it is her first makar sankranti after marriage.

When Nandini goes to offer the laddo to Krishna, he asks Nandini about her mangalsutra. He then hands over the broken mangalsutra to Nandini and points out that next time he would target Prem.

Nandini counters saying that he cannot break her marriage as easily as he broke her mangalsutra. She further asserts that she has full faith in her marriage.

Pallavi asks Jayshree to accept the laddo and forget all the grudges. However, Jayshree refuses to accept the laddo. She blames Pallavi for creating problems in her house. Just then, Govind arrives and declares that he and Pallavi would leave the house immediately.

Gripped with the fear that Govind would leave the house, Jayshree faints. Govind and Pallavi panic seeing Jayshree's condition.

Nandini decides to reveal the truth to Prem by conveying her message through a tape. Just then, Prem arrives.

In January 19 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Nandini records her message and hopes that Prem would accept her even after knowing the truth.

Just then, Prem arrives and asks Nandini what she wanted reveal to him earlier. Nandini hands over the tape to Prem and tells him that she has recorded everything that she wanted to disclose.

Prem points out to Nandini that she could have directly conveyed her message rather than recording it. Nandini asserts that she tried to reveal the truth but failed and therefore decided to record her message in a tape.

Nandini further says that if he is ready to accept her after hearing the tape than he should come and meet her at the old fort were they went on the day of their engagement.

Meantime, Govind and Pallavi rush Jayshree to a hospital.

Nandini is sure that Prem would accept her even after knowing the truth. She waits for Prem at the old fort.

Prem tries listening to the tape; however, he fails after the player develops a snag. He keeps the tape on the table and leaves.

Nandini gets restless thinking about Prem's plight after hearing the tape.

Meantime, the tape starts playing automatically and it catches Urmila and Suhasni's attention. Both are shocked when they learn that Nandini was raped before marriage.

Suhasini and Urmila were shocked on learning that Nandini was raped before marriage in the previous episode. In the January 20 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Suhasini declares she cannot tolerate Nandini anymore and decides to do something about it.

Meantime, Nandini waits for Prem at the old fort. When Prem arrives, Nandini asks him about the tape. Prem tells Nandini that he knows everything that she wanted to say to him. Nandini is elated; however she is unaware of the fact that Prem did not hear the tape.

Krishna is shocked on seeing Jayshree's condition, when he arrives at the hospital. Sumati informs him that there is nothing to worry and Jayshree's condition is stable.

Nandini tells Pallavi that she revealed the truth to Prem, when Pallavi calls her. Pallavi is relieved on learning that Prem accepted Nandini even after knowing the truth.

Suhasini starts criticizing Nandini in front of Govind and Pratham. She also blames Nandini for creating problems in their house. When Pratham asks Urmila why they are upset with Nandini, Suhasini asks her to play the tape in front of everybody.

Urmila plays the tape. However, Kalyani stops her and points out that Nandini recorded the tape for Prem and that it would be improper to interfere in their personal life. Seeing Suhasini and Urmila's behavior, Kalyani suspects that they must have learned the truth about Nandini.

Will Prem accept Nandini?

Nandini is heartbroken after her truth is revealed to the entire family and Prem is hurt by the revelation in the January 22 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV. Her plight is expressed by the song Yeh pal hai woh hadse from the movie No One Killed Jessica.

In the January 24 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Prem promises to support Nandini and requests her to return home with him.

Kalyani shares with Gautam her concern about the growing differences between them. Gautam blames her by pointing out that she had broken his trust by withholding the truth about Nandini.

When Prem and Nandini arrive, Jayshree explodes in anger. She warns Prem that he was committing a grave mistake by supporting Nandini. Prem counters saying he had committed a crime by failing to stop Nandini when she left his home.

Kalyani is furious when Suhasini acts normal without worrying about what happened with Prem and Nandini. Suhasini tells Kalyani that it would be better if she forgot Nandini and the whole incident.

Kalyani points out that she was supporting Nandini because she fully well understood her plight. She also states that Nandini is a victim and not the culprit.

Suhasini makes it clear to Kalyani that she won't tolerate Nandini in her house anymore. She declares that she wants Prem to get married again. Kalyani is shocked on hearing Suhasini's decision. Gautam seconds Suhasini's decision.

To the shock of everyone, Prem arrives with Nandini. Kalyani is happy to see them together. However, Gautam stops Prem from entering the house along with Nanidni.

Gautam declares that Nandini can no longer be part of their family and asks Prem to let her go. Prem asserts that he will also leave house if Nandini was unwelcome. Prem's declaration leaves everyone shocked.

In the previous episode, Prem had threatened to leave the house along with Nandini. In January 25 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Gautam threatens to disown Prem if he walked out of the house with Nandini. Gautam warns Prem that he will have to pay a heavy price for going against his decision.

Prem counters, saying he would support Nandini at all costs. Before leaving, Prem asks Kalyani to bless him and Nandini.

Jayshree is happy to see Krishna when he arrives at her place. Krishna lies to Jayshree that he has come to meet her; however, he has actually come to get information about Nandini. Krishna is shocked when he learns from Jayshree that Nandini left with Prem after she stopped her.

Meantime, Prem tells Nandini that he did not expect Gautam would turn his back on him. Nandini apologizes to Prem for creating differences between him and his family.

Prem points out to Nandini that he left the house because of Gautam and Suhasini's behavior. Nandini feels bad for Prem and prays that he reunite with his family soon.

Govind is shocked when he learns from Kalyani that Prem and Nandini have left their house. He promises to search for Prem and Nandini.

On the other hand, Prem and Nandini's bond grows stronger.

In the January 26 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Pallavi is concerned about Nandini and Prem on learning that they have walked out of their home.

Jayshree overhears their conversation and exclaims that Gautam must have thrown them out of the house.

Pratham tries to console Kalyani, She assures him that things would fall into place with time.

On the other hand, Suhasini bolsters Gautam's morale by asserting that he took the right decision. She also makes him understand that it is important to make Prem realize his mistake.

Krishna is unable to accept the fact that Nandini had returned to Prem. He decides to win Nandini at any cost.

When a stranger tries to harass Nandini, Prem loses his temper and starts thrashing him. Nandini tries to stop Prem but fails.

Just then, Govind arrives and stops Prem. He tells Prem that Kalyani had informed about he and Nandini walking out of the house. Govind asks Prem to come along with him to his place. When Prem does not respond, Govind pleads in front of him.
