In the previous episode Urmila, Dadi and Gautam decide to leave but Prem requests them to stay in November22 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV.

The phone rings and Krishna picks up the call. However, Govind snatches the phone from Krishna. Govind tells Krishna that he was forced to behave cordially with him because of the presence of guests.

As soon as Prem's family leaves, Jayshree confronts Govind for behaving badly with Krishna. She tells Govind that he should be grateful to Krishna as he had helped Nandini and Prem.

Govind retaliates saying he does not consider Krishna as his brother. Nandini reveals to Govind how she had sought Krishna's help and discloses the actual incident.

Jayshree tells Govind that he should be thankful to his brother as he saved him from getting disgraced in front of Prem's family.

Nandini is happy about the fact that she decided to marry Prem. She realizes that Kalyani is more like her own mother and that she should make her proud by being a good daughter-in-law.

On the other hand, Govind reveals to Pallavi that an unidentified person called him and warned him to stop Nandini's marriage with Prem. Pallavi gets worried but Govind assures her that Nandini's marriage would take place at any cost. Will Nandini get married to Prem?

In November 23 episodeof Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Dadi gets suspicious about Govind trying to hide about Krishna. Dadi asks Kaylani and Gautam to find out about Krishna before the wedding.

Kalyani points out to Dadi that there must have been a reason why Govind did not reveal about Krishna. Prem asks Dadi not to suspect Krishna as he had helped him and Nandini.

Gautam, however, is of the opinion that the matter cannot be ignored. He asks Kalyani to get the mystery surrounding Krishna cleared.

Pallavi is in for a shock when an anonymous caller calls her. The caller threatens Pallavi and asks her to be prepared for the worst as they had disregarded his earlier warning not to go ahead with Prem and Nandini's marriage.

When Gautam hands her a letter, Kalyani asks him to read it. Gautam is surprised as the letter warns Kalyani from going ahead with Prem and Nandini's marriage. The letter plants suspicions in Gautam's mind as he realizes there is something about Nandini's past which they are not aware of.

On the other hand, haldi ceremony starts at Govind's residence. Meantime, Gautam tells Kalyani that they cannot proceed with the marriage unless they know the truth about Nandini's past. Kalyani points out to Gautam that if they stop the marriage they will ruin Nandini's life. Gautam gets agitated and tells Kalyani in no uncertain terms: she will have to choose between him and Nandini.

Dadi taunts Kalyani for neglecting her family and giving preference to her work in November 24 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV.

Dadi also warns that she will leave the house if Prem marries Nandini. Kalyani tries to make her understand that she cannot stop the marriage and ruin Nandini's life.

Just then, Dadi decides to leave the house. Kalyani asks Gautam to stop Dadi but he refuses saying that he cannot stop Dadi as she is right about Nandini.

On the other hand, Pallavi tells Govind that they should have revealed about Nandini's past to Prem's family. Govind counters saying that if he had revealed about Nandini's past then Kalyani's family would have never agreed for the marriage.

Prem is surprised about Dadi's decision to leave the house and not attend his wedding. He asks Gautam the reason behind it. Gautam tells Prem that if he wants Dadi to comeback he will have to forget Nandini.

Prem pleads with Gautam and tries to make him understand that he cannot choose between Dadi and Nandini. Kalyani supports Prem. Govind blesses Nandini and assures her that he will always support her. Pallavi tells Nandini that she would take time to adjust with Prem's family but is sure that she would win everybody's heart.

In the November 25 episodeof Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Nandini requests Govind to invite Krishna for her wedding and he agrees.

Just then, Govind gets a call. The caller threatens to reveal about Nandini's past to Prem's family at the wedding.

Krishna calls Sonakshi and asks her to get ready for the wedding.

Govind is surprised to see Jayshree at the wedding. Jayshree tells Govind that she decided to attend the wedding only because he invited Krishna.

Prem's family arrives at the wedding venue and Govind welcomes them. Nandini is brought to the mandap by Pallavi.

While the wedding is underway, Gautam finds an envelope. Gautam is about to open the envelope when Pratham informs that the wedding has commenced. Pratham takes away the envelope and asks Gautam to attend the ceremony. Urmila arrives at the scene and drags Pratham away. She notices the envelope and snatches it from Pratham and decides to open it.

However, Urmila drops the envelope when a kid unintentionally pushes her. Pratham then gives the envelope to Kalyani.

While the wedding ceremony starts, Kalyani assures Govind that she will treat Nandini as her own daughter. The envelope slips from Kalyani's hand and Govind picks it up. Will Kalyani learn the truth?

In the previous episode, Kalyani finds a baby at her doorstep along with a note that it is Nandini's child.

In the November 29 epsiode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Urmila, Pratham and Gautam are surprised to see a baby in their house. Urmila questions Kalyani about the baby's parents.

Kalyani lies saying that one of her patients must have abandoned the baby outside their house. She tries to downplay the incident, saying it happened all the time when parents did not want to take care of their babies.

Urmila decides to call the police and inform about the baby. Gautam also agrees with Urmila's suggestion.

Just then, Nandini and Prem arrive. When Nandini bends to take Kalyani's blessing but she is unmoved. Prem enquires about the baby and Pratham discloses that Kalyani found the baby outside their house.

Meantime, Jayshree gets agitated and asks Pallavi whether she packed food for Krishna. Pallavi tells Jayshree that she has already packed the food.

Kalyani realizes that Nandini is innocent because if she was the mother of the baby then she would have reacted on seeing the baby.

Jayshree along with Sumati and Pallavi goes to meet Krishna at the hospital. As soon as Jayshree arrives at the hospital, Sonakshi takes her blessings. Nandini offers tea to Gautam and then bends to take his blessings. However, Gautam asks Nandini to stay away as her presence reminded him of the fact the she was responsible for his mother leaving his house.

In the November 30episodeof Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Gautam blames Nandini for his mother's decision to leave the house. Gautam offers a gift to welcome Nandini but points it out to her that he was just following the tradition.

Urmila refuses to go to Govind's place. She humiliates Nandini by saying that she cannot eat unhygienic food again. Prem overhears Urmila's rant and saves Nandini by asking her to get prepared quickly as they were getting late. As soon as Nandini leaves, Prem tells Urmila that he respects her and also expects her to do the same with Nandini.

Kalyani gets a call from an unidentified person, who enquires about the baby. When Kalyani the motive behind his act; the unidentified person says that he only wanted to unite the baby with its mother.

Meantime, Sumati is happy about the fact that Nandini is coming home for the first time after her marriage.

Gautam also excuses himself from visiting Govind's house. Kalyani also cites responsibilities at the hospital for not accompanying Prem and Nandini.

Prem cheers up Nandini's mood and tells her not to worry much.

Kalyani tries to figure out who is trying to create problems in Prem and Nandini's life. She suspects Jayshree's hand in the affair and decides to find out the truth. Will Kalyani succeed?

In the December 1 episode ofDil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Nandini informs Govind that Kalyani could not come as she had to go to the hospital.

At the hospital, Krishna falls down when he tries to walk out of his room. Jayshree panics on witnessing Krishna's plight. After checking Krishna, the doctor informs Jayshree that his condition was stable. Kalyani witnesses the whole incident.

Prem learns from Pallavi that Krishna will take time to recover. Prem suggests going to the hospital to meet Krishna. Govind is reluctant but Pallavi agrees.

Jayshree blames Nandini for Krishna's condition and decides to take revenge.

Kalyani learns from a nurse attending Krishna that his condition was stable. However, Jayshree was creating a lot of commotion in the hospital.

Kalyani realizes that Jayshree is not the one who is creating problems for Nandini as she has been in the hospital since the day of the wedding.

On the other hand, Nandini spots Kalyani at the hospital. Though she calls out to her, Kalyani fails to pay any attention and flees. Nandini tells Prem that she saw Kalyani but Prem refuses to believe her. Prem calls Kalyani to ask if she was at the hospital; however Kalyani denies.

Kalyani shares her problem with a nurse. Kalyani asserts Nandini is innocent but unable to decide considering the allegations against her. The nurse asks Kalyani not to pay heed to what people say and keep faith in god. Will Nandini be proven innocent?

Nandini and Prem touch Jayshree's feet but she ignores them in the December 2 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV. Govind makes his displeasure clear to Jayshree; however, Prem makes light of the situation.

Sonakshi meets Prem and Nandini at the hospital. She apologizes to Nandini for not attending her wedding. On seeing Prem, Sonakshi laughs over how Prem had come to marry Sumati but ended up marrying Nandini. Everybody ignores her comment.

Seeing Krishna on the hospital bed, Jayshree blames Nandini for his condition.

Kalyani is livid when she sees the baby crying and unattended. She scolds her maid for not taking care of the child. The maid explains that Urmila had forced her to make food for her guests.

Urmila is busy playing cards with her friends. When Kalyani asks her about the baby, Urmila makes a hue and cry about paying scant respect to her image in front of her friends. She refuses to care for the child and walks away.

When Prem and Nandini return, Urmila's friends pass comments about her. Urmila adds insult to injury by saying that her friends would never approve of a girl like Nandini. Prem warns Urmila and her friends that he would not entertain anybody who humiliates his wife.

Kalyani receives a call from the stranger again. He asks her how she was taking care of Nandini's illegitimate child. Kalyani tells the stranger that she will never go against Nandini and vows to find out the truth. When Kalyani hangs up and turns, she is shocked to see Nandini standing behind her with a cup of tea. Did Nandini hear Kalyani's conversation?
