It clearly says that only if husband or wife was missing from 7 years the second marraige can happen. Parth in court will say that his legal wife was dead at the time of marraige. The court will ask for proof, he will say all the crap writers will tell him about dead body and all.
By law if a dead body is not recognisable, there must be some kind of dna or other form of testing done. If it is not sure that the body belong to the concern person as per Indian law the person can't be declared dead for 7 years. There should be a waiting period of 7 years before establishing the death.
Here too writers failed miserably.
The question about how they confirmed the body to be shorvari's without performing any dna test or any forensic tests was raised by me and many more in the forum when that track was aired...they miserably failed to show some logic there
However the police or commisioner werent summoned upon to investigate such a serious incident but was called to search for teni's missing passport which is of so much importance that a person's life was at stake because teni cudnt go to her honeymoon 🤢
And Dear...all the facts you have mentioned above about the laws in this country regarding bigamy will not be paid heed to...the love for teni from the makers side is tooo much...if they can compromise basic common sense and ethics and morals for that character..law is the last thing they will respect...
Since this law is so against the second wife who happens to be teni...its all gonna be overlooked or justified..Priya might become the culprit here..but never teni...dekh lena...either the law will be overlooked upon..or the legal wife will face the brunt to make teni stay back...
