Thanks everyone for the overwhelming "support" in my previous post. I planned to stop coming to this forum but then realized that why the hell should I let some bullies intimidate me. I will make whatever post I want and those who have a problem with its contents can stay away from it.

While Parth was going to fill Teni's maang, the coin fell down from his hand but Teni caught it in the right time. It is clear that in the near future, Parth is going to falter and it's up to Teni to sort out their lives. Poor Shorvari had to stand there and watch helplessly as her husband became someone else's. In the matter of few minutes, two lives changed very drastically. While Teni went from an poor orphan to the bahu of Bhanushali family, Shorvari lost everything she once held close to her heart. Teni got a loving husband, a wonderful family and a cute daughter while Shorvari sacrificed everything she had. The thing is Shorvari could have stopped that marriage then and there but she chose not to. That must have been the most difficult situation for her. She not only left behind her husband but also a child for whom she was ready to do anything. She must have never thought that she'll have to see this whole thing with her own eyes and yet won't be able to do anything. No woman should go through the pain Shorvari has faced.

It is clear that Teni is not the most perfect choice for a Bhanushali bahu and yet the family is ready to do anything and everything for her. She has the support and immense love of the entire family. They are ready to forgo her shortcomings and love her like a daughter. This is something Shorvari never got. Despite not being a Gujarati, Shorvari was always the perfect fit for being the Bhanushali bahu and yet she never got the support and love from the family. Teni is very lucky in that case. It's obvious that she will have to change herself to become the perfect bahu but she's not at all alone in that. The whole family is ready to support her and guide her in any way necessary. Makes me wonder why they could never accept Shorvari. Anyways, it's clear that their lives have changed or rather became more complicated and now they will have to sort this mess out created out of poor communication and bad decisions. But no matter what, someone or the other is going to get hurt at the end of all this.

P.S: Don't name call or bash any character, actor or the forum members.

dont care about some disgruntled elements...they just want show to end as there idol is thrown out by mittals..

they not even watch this show but just come and post nonsense here..just dont care about them..

Exactly @janecastle! And I think (or hope) this "No woman should go through the pain Shorvari has faced" is the ultimate message of DSDT. No family should drag a young couple in the direction to take such a drastic step as the surrogacy is. If the couple has such a problem, the family should give them the freedom to handle the problem on their own and not put the couple under pressure. Instead to opt for the surrogacy, the couple should have the courage to take their common life in their own hands...

look like people who are. blaming that people don't watch show they themselves don't watch show and posting nonsense. baseless illogical thing. they themselves don't know idols r not thrown . shouravari is back in serial .and why should not shouravari be idol atleast sacrifice happiness for other not like teni who is head to foot total nauntanki showing fake concern for shouravari and always dreaming to get married with already man . teni is head to foot total nauntanki hypocrite and most cheap and disgusting woman

this teni is so disgusting that she marry to that person who still in love with first wife .

btw some people have don't work except spreading negativity in forum

they themselves know that whatever their idol r doing it has no defence that is why that come up with non sensical post start attacking member instead of coming up with valid point to defence their idol

In spite of all the differences we both have related to this story and the characters, I genuinely agree with your entire post, whole of it. No family should force the couples to take extreme actions when they're left childless due to destiny. They shouldn't be blamed and cursed by the society especially the women as barren infertile useless being. Being childless isn't a sin, I wish the people mindset changes regarding this.

One family or couple going childless isn't gonna make any difference. If they wish to have kids they have various other options like adoption. People should quit their narrow minds about my Kid my own blood, I sincerely wish.

Probably earlier the makers had intended to show the side effects of opting surrogacy. But the manner in which they developed the storyline has caused great dissatisfaction among viewers, who wish to see relevant and relatable tracks. We all know the fact that Sid quit the show due to creative differences. Still his adversaries wouldn't like to miss a chance to take potshots at him. If Parth and Teni had to be shown as a couple then why PaRi was promoted as couple goal? Why Parth's character was called as similar to our Maryada Purushottam Ram. Why Teni was shown in love with Parth? Why there was no reluctance on her part to accept the proposal? To some extent the remarriage was acceptable had Parth and Teni never met each other. Conducive circumstances should have been created which could have gone with the story. It's just to encash the charm of a certain lead the makers strangulated the character of Parth, compelling Sid to call it a quit.

Sid worked hard and gave his best performance as Parth. So much that we identified him with his character on screen. At times forgot that he is just enacting a role. His dedication and devotion towards his profession shows the way he projected himself as Parth. It is painful to see the the deterioration in Parth's character and performance with the exit of Sid. The script is a complete trash.

It requires immense courage to turn down lucrative proposals, since the show is a hit in terms of trp. Sid had the guts to say no to script which was unappealing. Seeing the popularity of this show it seems Beautifull faces possibly are sufficent to make a show successful. The channel has got this realisation. Therefore they are roping in celebrated celebrities in their show to call themselves as premium channel.

The dramatisation of Hindi Serials and its impact on reality?

As a fan of Parth-shorvari and their beautiful bonding, it immensely hurts me to see how Shorvari is losing everything one after the other and how Teni is gaining everything that she couldn't afford to even dream of?

It hurts so much to see how three lives are badly messed up, and for what? For a baby / heir, or to please a family desire?

If we look at the show objectively, doesn't it feel that there is too much of unnecessary drama?

Wouldn't the story / lives of PaRi be if different, if they had taken slightly different decisions at each of these stages?

- Let the family know about Shorvari's miscarriage as soon as it happened?

- Consult family before going for surrogacy

- Or Shorvari telling everyone about her brain tumour

- Or Shorvari now declaring that she is back and stop the marriage before happening, and tell family how Teni always knew about her brain tumour truth.

In reality, lives don't shatter this badly, because there is sense and logic behind every actions we humans take. But in Hindi serials it always runs on one emotion called "sacrifice". Where one woman just sacrifices and another woman takes advantage.

From a subjective POV, I feel very sad for Shorvari and mad at Teni. But objectively, I just feel makers waste our time, and waste talents of actors by putting pieces of crap together, and call it a show.

Why can't for once Hindi shows be less dramatic and slightly realistic / practical?

It would have been so nice if they had shown PaRi fighting her tumor together, and then even if she actually died, she and Parth could have made the best out of the moments left for them.

Thanks Sudha. Have to admit that the pathetic entertainment portals do manage to leave an impression on a certain section of viewers. Sid, after enacting the iconic role of SRS found it hard to compromise with the principles of an ideal husband. Parth initially was endowed with qualities of an ideal partner. To uphold the dignity of the same, Sid thought fit to put down his papers. Had Parth been ordinary in his traits as a husband, Sid might have given a second thought to continue with the show . His predicament can be well understood. Marrying a surrogate in the show under the given circumstances would have caused a blot in his career. Appreciate him for not relenting with his values to make instant gains. We all know he didn't quit for some other project. Currently he is not seen in any shows. This reflects he left the show only for he didn't want to enact the Parth who was falling apart from his principles.

Jasmine had once stated that she so wish to bury her misunderstanding with Sid. She praised him for being her good friend and advisor. She is a budding star. She can't afford to reject scripts which is unconvincing to her. Perhaps this makes her continue to act such a vulnerable character. When an establish actor can be labelled as tantrum king, the detractors wouldn't spare an opportunity to malign lesser known celeb like her.
