Episode starts with Viraj pleading Sia she only got 1 minute to drink this antidote, only if she would confess to love him. Sia replied by saying I love Raghav, n I hate you and throw away the antidote bottle. Viraj panicked and started searching for it. Viraj tried to grab the bottle under the table but could not reach that far. Meanwhile, Sia recalled all her moments with Raghav, from their marriage to his death and finally she close her eyes and is assumed dead. Viraj turn around and screamed for her. Sundar in the other room is trying to get out by breaking the door. Viraj finally succeed in getting the antidote but its too late, Sia is dead. Viraj, in a denial mode, kept pleading to the lifeless body of Sia to take this antidote but she didn't respond. He put the bottle to her mouth, but that spilled away. Viraj picks Sia up and takes her away as Sundar finally managed to opened the door. Gayatari, Sundar and Tanisha tries to figure out what has just happened here by spotting the sand clock, antidote unsealed bottle and syringe. Upon hearing the car ignition noise from outside, they rushed towards it.
Viraj is at the hospital, Sia on a strechter is being dragged towards the operation theatre. Viraj anxiously inquired about the doc and barged in a busy operation theatre. He requested the doctor to treat her immediately and explained her condition to which one of the doc asked him to get out, Viraj refused. Doctor unwillingly checked Sia's pulse and pronounced her dead. Viraj, in a state of shock, got fierce and knocked him down. Viraj looked at Sia unbelievably , caressed her hair and all the flash backs of his life with Jhanvi appeared, bg music Hamain tumse pyar kitna started from the begininng, (TBH, the combination of music and flashbacks made me cry as J is dead now and we won't get to see our ViraJhanvi again ever, Its only my opinion which I felt like sharing with you guys). Their first meeting at Jhanvi's parents house when he went for proposal, post-marriage rituals and carrying her in his arms bringing her inside the home, their dance together at the minister's party and at Sia (Jhanvi's sis) supposedly engagement, J feeding Viraj after his accident, her looking at him with love and affection, their first valentine day spent together, sharing the same ice cream. Viraj gave Jhanvi shock therapy but in vain.
In the amidst of this chaos, Sundar, Tanisha and Gayatari rushes to the same hospital and inquired about Sia, they were directed to OT. They entered the room but were shocked to see Sia laying dead and Viraj blabbering to her lifeless body. Viraj consloled himself that J is alive and grabbed the doc by collar upon calling Sia a "Dead body". Doctor choked. Police arrives at the OT and arrest Viraj. Viraj is being taken away while Singh parivar looks at Sia's body. Doctor asked Gayatari whether Sia had signed up for organ donation and she replied yes. Doctor directed the nurse to get the life support system ready to which G objected that Sia was given poison. Doc assured her that they will conduct some test to find out which organs are unaffected and they will retrieve those only. G told Sia's blood group is O+. At another scene, doctors got Sia's report and are discussing to retrieve her heart for another patient as soon as possible as heart is still unaffected by poison. They rushed to the OT.
At the hospital entrance, Viraj is trying to free himself from the police while commissioner walks in. He asked about Sia to which Viraj asked his help to save her. Sundar enters and narrated the whole ordeal with flashbacks that they and Sia went through. Viraj screams for Jhanvi while being taken away.
PRECAP: Tanisha and Gayatari questioned doc that who will be getting Sia's heart in donation. A girl is shown on a stretcher being pulled away by the hospital crew and a guy, (New characters possibly).
