I totally agree.. Viraj was the figment of the writers imagination. He must have wrote a tempting character for which reason KVB took this role in the first place. And he knew this is a role that was up his sleeve with a little challenge. Obviously and the KVB added his style and charm into the role. So yes I agree that the writers should get credit for it..

I don't know Vandy - if we go according to his past and background.. he's an actor that comes from the industry - so he's not one to do it for moneys sake. Plus he is a artist... like drawing artist that says a lot abt him - that his he loves his art, art of acting too.
I think he's a headstrong guy and will keep to his decision.
And I hope he does.. for his own reputation. Ek baar ke diya so keh diya type. I have a lot of respect for ppl like that. And I hope he sticks to his words.
I'll miss the Trio interaction - More than anything - this is what I used to love the most.. My trio gang ki off screen masti... 😭
I'd say he has loyal fans who are supporting his decision. For me, there is no hope for Viraj... so I think it's better that they move on with the story from here. Viraj /kvb gave foundation to the show - but building abhi baki hai mere dost - so certainly there is a potential for it to be build with the remaining talented cast.

Yes writers also deserve credit but large portion in success of VD and SB goes to KV as good actor even with a poor script can make a show worth watching but poor actor can make a show go down the drain even with a good script. The char of V was penned flawlessly BUT for 2-3 months after thing got repetative and in this forum ppl shouted the same count less time .And viewrs bared this repetaitive and joker physco acts of V only due to KV immense talent.

Just hope they end VD char of once and all as know nobody can match KV in playing V.

At least now people do agree that his act was repetitive and certain getup was not necessary for story at all.
Hope Instead of that CVs would have paid more attention to victim

NEver defended his acts or said his acts as NOT repetatitive. Liked his char only for humour which he used to provide nothing more then that not even his style mattered personally.

People have been complaining about Viraj's characterization for a long time. Even as people said they laughed at Viraj's antics, they complained and talked about how it's messing with his charcterizations. And they are those who laughed at Viraj's antics, there were others who hated a lot of the antics.

Viraj fans have been complaining for a long time about the deterioration of his characterization.

Viraj's deterioration was always on the cards the powerful VD could not stay forever ... when ever sia was going to win by whatever means ... Viraj was bound to loose that powerful image and hence deterioration ... and sia winning was something planned from day one am sure :-) when ever absolute evil looses, he makes mistakes which at times look stupid to us but that is because evil is loosing control and viraj was bound to loose some day and loose that control ... they showed him as a black character so there is no redemption either if they had kept him grey they could go that way ... I agree with carisma when she said viraj had reached a dead end he was bound to reach it someday

cari..
its not abt money...
i feel its all abt creating a buzz...a sensation...😆😆
headstrong and keeping his words...
thats the kv i know..
i respect him as an actor...and i know he will not do any such thing...
but wat if it actually a publicity stunt...
will he defy everything he has said and maintained till this point??
even i hope that he sticks to his words...and that is wat will make me respect him all the more...
but if he's back will he accept it was a publicity stunt😆😆(just kidding)
i feel amidst all this...the biggest letdown will be to his fans...
who r now looking forward to him in a new character in a diff role...
will he be able to fulfill their demands...or will the fans see him again as v😆
its a fact that kv did a good job with v...
everybody now feels that his character is saturated...
its the right decision if he quits...
coz as this is a known fact that even if a channel or cvs promise u something...
they'll do as per their confirmed track...
so even if kv gets a deal...he's going to be disappointed in the long run..
better leave now as he is ready for it😊

That's a matter of opinion, I guess. In my opinion, a replacement for KVB could work as I'm sure he's not the only talented actor out there who could bring a unique style to the table. I agree that no one can imitate his style as V, but I do believe that a replacement could work just as well provided that he brought in his own style and interpretation of V.
It might even be refreshing.
