Today's was the best episode so far in this serial.

I loved Viraj getting dragged away, and Uma and Chotu going on to hug Jhanvi. I liked it how they later had a private family meeting, and seemingly had some closure there. In fact, that was the only setting where I liked Jhanvi any more.

Looks like the new policewoman who joined yesterday is going to steal the show. I just loved how she read Viraj the riot act. I too don't know what 'khal-koutri' means, but I just loved her telling him that this is your sasural, but I'm not your wife 🤣 I liked what she said to Jhanvi, and agree w/ you on all the advice she gave. Only thing I didn't like was the divorce not being brought up - I wish she had suggested it to Jhanvi. I was disappointed that neither she nor Uma thought of bringing it up. I certainly want that to happen ASAP.

I agreed fully w/ Gayatri today - particularly when she pointed out to both Jhanvi and Raghav that had they told her the truth about Viraj early, she could have done something about it. Instead, they took the twisted way of doing things. That was by far Gayatri's strongest argument against them, and I'm glad she used it: other things, like them lying to her, was far more trivial. And I just loved how she shut up Jhanvi when the latter tried to ensure that only she be punished, not Raghav. If they're both guilty of the same crime, how does it make sense that only one of them gets punished? Btw, I'm glad that Sundar recovered and issued a statement to the police.

On Gayatri's punishment, I think the only shortcoming of that punishment is the effect it would have on Krish. Maybe, she could have allowed them to stay, but ban them both from talking to her, or anyone else in the house. Being cold shouldered would be an even worse punishment than being kicked out, but w/o traumatizing Krish.

Speaking of Krish, looks like he finally regained his speech. And what's it he's saying - that his father was bad, but his uncle wasn't? So does that mean that Dev really was like Viraj after all? I didn't follow that part. I thought that this kicking them out was to enable Gayatri, Komal & Tashu to leave the show in preparation for the leap.

I also liked how today, quite a few details were revealed, such as Dev being killed by enemies that Raghav made i.e. Raghav wasn't the one who directly caused Dev's death. Although Krish might have a twist to it. And now, what is it that Komal knew, but suppressed? Does that mean that she too will be kicked out w/ those two? I'd think that if Gayatri does that, it'd be legally impossible for her to keep Krish @ home - he'd belong wherever Komal is. So is Tashu the only innocent one left, or does she have some skeletons in her cupboard as well?

The precap was just hilariously funny - from the 'Stuff you can't make up' department. A lawyer tells Viraj to claim insanity and get moved into an asylum, and Viraj jumps @ his throat? 🤣 One more of those 'I'll prove to you that I'm not unhinged by going @ you hammer & tong'. So where does one think he belongs - in jail, or an asylum? Is there a way it can be both? 😈

Anyway, one thing I'm liking is that they are uncovering some of the mysteries & questions we had - although it would be nice to see the same questions about Jhanvi's family get addressed - like where's the real Sia? If they can uncover all of that before the leap, that would be good. Then what they start after it can effectively be a new serial, based on whatever new theme they choose.

Awesum performances by HC nd SUMUKHIji...
Wat an epic scene of mom-son dou, RAGHAV;'s silence can sumtimes do so much damage dat it breaks ur hearts million times.
Very happy that d episode focussed on RAGHAV.
Gayatri was too rude, becos she herself 4gets her own mistakes dat she initially allowed V 2 stay in d house wen RAGHAV constantly asked her not 2 trust V, but no she just needs reasons 2 humilate him, so hopefully 2morow she will get an eye opener 4m krrish.

Don know why r they rushing the track, the RAGHAV's past track shud b atleast 4 a week or 2 nd not a single episode. But as usual it is foolishness 2 expect 4m CVs.

Thanks for the update😊, I think the precap is Viraj executing what the lawyer has just said, proving the world that he is so mad that he smacked his own lawyer , so that he can come out more easily.Just my thoughts.

Vrish, according to my subtitles yesterday, 'khal-koutri' means dungeon. So the police officer was saying she will throw Viraj in a dungeon, and Viraj was saying that there is no dungeon that can keep Viraj the Greatest Dobriyal for long.

Agree with your post.

Thanks for the update, Naina! :)

@ Bold: I have a slight problem with this statement, "I'm not your wife"...meaning what?
If I were your wife you could speak to me any which way or demand whatever? In the context of arresting a man for wife abuse, I felt this statement was inappropriate.

Thanks for the great update, Naina.

@the lady cop's comment being inappropriate: It actually is entirely appropriate. Note that the lady cop didn't say a wife, but your wife. It's clearly a dig at the way he treated his own wife, and his own beliefs about how a husband and wife should be treated. She's clearly telling him that she's made of sterner stuff and possibly dealt with worse criminals, so he can't treat her the way he treated Jhanvi and expect to be let off as easily. It's a dig he deserved.
