Tell her that by being silent about Viraj, she endangered every member of her family, and so starting now, since Viraj is in jail, she wants nothing more to do w/ her. Just lying would be one thing & bad enough, but she should tell Jhanvi that for endangering her family and betraying her trust, she doesn't want to see her anymore. Just send her packing.

It shouldn't be difficult - now that everyone is safe, Jhanvi could return to her parents. If Raghav wants to marry her, he still can - just that Gayatri wouldn't have anything to do w/ her.

For Jhanvi, getting such a cold shoulder would be worse than a slap, but very much deserved.

Looks like she did exactly that, Vrish. Kick them out. I don't mind this either, just as long as she doesn't forgive them. I may have finally been happy with Jhanvi yesterday but that does not excuse all the hell her and Raghav put the viewers through in these past few months.

Oh, I can totally see why they were asked to leave though. I can totally see the track coming ahead. 🥱

The only thing she didn't do, I guess, is tell them WHY she's kicking them out. Just lying isn't a good enough reason. They risked everyone's lives in order to execute their pathetic fake of a marriage and get Viraj in jail. This is why Tanisha was so close to being sexually assaulted - even if that wasn't going to happen but the thought arose. All because of their stupidity. If they at least warned Tanisha earlier, she would have never befriended Viraj.

I wish she would give that reason as well. 🥱

(BTW, I have no idea if she actually did, or if she didn't. Going by the WU it looks like she didn't.)

Jhanvi can go back to her family. It's not as if they have no choice but the streets. 😵 That is if they actually end up being kicked out.

Yeah but even if she goes back to her family, Raghav will most likely be tagging along.

And then I can see what the next track is. 😆 Even if it's for a little while before the leap.

Actually, she did state that had they told her the truth earlier, she would have made arrangements to take care of Viraj, but instead of doing it the straight way, they took a really convoluted and twisted way of doing it. I too forget whether she specifically mentioned that they endangered others in the family, but I think that was implied, particularly when she brought up the circumstances of Dev's murder by Raghav's enemies.

Lying didn't seem to be the only reason - just the main reason. I disagree w/ that - endangering others, like Tashu & Krish should have been the main reason, not them mainly lying about it. And Sia, if you recall, did once tell Gayatri her past history, but leaving out Viraj's details, not b'cos of not endangering them, but b'cos she only wanted to tell her own story, not his. It would have been nice had Gayatri remembered that as well while confronting her.

Not only that, Raghav too can go w/ her - her family would be only too happy to shelter him, regardless of whether he's married or not.

@ Bold: the comment on Raghav is absolutely hilarious. I wait for these comments.

Okay, today was a really interesting episode. At least this week, w/ every episode, they are progressing some...

First, Viraj finally gets read the riot act - when he assaulted the lawyer who advised him to plead insanity, the cops nailed him, and that lawyer told him that if he didn't like his advice, to get another lawyer 👏

Dev's secret was revealed as well. No, he wasn't anywhere near as bad as Viraj - didn't abuse Komal or anybody, but got sucked into a gambling habit that cost him his life. Raghav & Komal covered it up so that he wasn't posthumously dishonored. which I guess is understandable.

I thought that Gayatri was a bit too hard on herself for blaming herself for not being a good mother. She's a fine lady, and good mother w/ it. Parents can't be responsible for everything their grown up kids do, and what's more, they can't make good decisions if they are constantly fed false information, as Gayatri was. They were reconciled, but I'm glad that it was logically done, and that she understood that Raghav did what he did to protect his late brother's reputation.

So I guess all the mysteries of Raghav's family seem to have been cleared up w/ Dev's story being uncovered. I'd like them to remain after the leap, but even if they don't, there won't be any nagging questions remaining.

Hopefully, the next 2 days, we get to the bottom of what happened in Jhanvi's family in the interim, and any missing links there. After that, I'm fine w/ them going on w/ whatever they want.

I can't believe that was the "much-awaited" (NOT) past of Raghav and his family. Dev was a gambler. 🥱

Wow. That is so earth-shattering. Dev was a gambler. Truly awesome stuff there. Some episodes were all about Raghav and the Singh's family's past. Turned out he was just a gambler.

I don't see how that makes him "bad" though.

Anyway, really glad their past is done and over with. Now we don't have to have that hanging over our heads.

Agree with you on Gayatri.

Are you kidding me ?!

2day's ep. was lame ! I had to flip the whole thing this time ! Only saw Viraj's part ! 😆

Too much time spent on rhona dhona crap ! Jeez ! - _ -

& WTH ?! Dev was a gambler ?! WOW !! Actually, Haha ! I was laughing the whole time ! 🤣

They made it look like it was a serious issue, that he was some kind of terrible guy.

& what is up with Indian dramas hiding the truth all the time ?! It's highly annoying !!

Anyway, good thing they didn't drag this crap. Case is finally closed !

Next case --> Viraj's past please !

But Dev was never thought of as a negative character, and it was only on Tuesday that Krish said that he was bad, and unfortunately used the term 'gandha' to describe him (Raghav was right to upbraid him for talking like that about his father, given that what he had done wasn't evil). All people were curious about were things like
  • How did he die?
  • Was Raghav responsible for that, and if so, how?
  • How did Krish lose his voice?
  • Why does Komal seem supportive of Raghav, if he's held as being responsible for her hubby's death? Unusual sympathy for a woman to have for her devar.
So they answered all this. I don't know how many people really believed that Dev was as bad as Viraj. In fact, he was not even an incurable gambler - he gambled once, lost, borrowed cash, tried to get back the cash to return, and lost his life there. Not the type to keep throwing good money after bad.

And I don't blame him for not approaching his mother for help. That's something few males - particularly grown men - would want to do. And I'm glad that his reputation for managing the business smoothly wasn't shattered.
