Divorce does take long and with all this proving and disproving of fake and real marriages between Jahnavi and V, R, and a fake, it'll take inordinately long for the divorce to materialize.

So, taking all possibilities for V's elimination from this show into consideration, we are still stuck with the illegality and inappropriateness of J and R's marriage, until the divorce comes through.

And, one last question. On what grounds will Viraj be jailed? There're numerous but which one(s) exactly atm? Certainly not for domestic abuse because J has denied being married to Viraj.

Is it that Viraj will be judged as being insane. He had amnesia (a bunch of lies), and once out of his amnesia claims a look alike to be his wife.

He surely must be insane according to the Singh family.

When V's truth will be out in maha epi it means both j's identity will be exposed so she can go for divorce ... unless she goes to jail for some other reason and not domestic violence ... also sia had lied only to expose V because she has no proof of domestic violence so its not necessary her truth won't come out and she will continue to be sia
