they should've atleast given a chance to the other characters to carry out their parts...bring forward their stories...

A divorce is much needed but Jahnavi's husband is supposed to be dead. And if Jahnavi is proven to be Jahvavi i.e. Viraj Dobriyal's wife (dead but not dead) then the death of J's fake husband as doctored by Dr. K will also be proven as false.

So, Jahnavi can't remarry because her real husband is still alive. If Jahnavi wants to marry Raghav legally, then she has to get a divorce from Viraj first; which means she has to accept that she is married to Viraj.

And which court will not grant a divorce to a woman on grounds of extreme domestic abuse?

Then there can be a leap and an end to the show.

what you say is right hon..but court doesnt just go about accepting divorce on just J's bayaan!! hard core evidence is needed!!

Divorce does take long and with all this proving and disproving of fake and real marriages between Jahnavi and V, R, and a fake, it'll take inordinately long for the divorce to materialize.

So, taking all possibilities for V's elimination from this show into consideration, we are still stuck with the illegality and inappropriateness of J and R's marriage, until the divorce comes through.

So, while V's in jail/ a mental asylum etc. J and R can continue to develop their relationship. The great G can slap R a few more times to drive sense into him.

And, one last question. On what grounds will Viraj be jailed? There're numerous but which one(s) exactly atm? Certainly not for domestic abuse because J has denied being married to Viraj.

Is it that Viraj will be judged as being insane. He had amnesia (a bunch of lies), and once out of his amnesia claims a look alike to be his wife.

He surely must be insane according to the Singh family.

But R and J ki shaadi ke liye abhi waqt hai.
