I think it would be good to change it as since she won't be known to Raghav as Jhanvi then in their couple name it seems weird to consider the name Jhanvi. Although practically it would be hard since many already know them as Raghavi.

I don't know why but even from the beginning I didn't think their couple name should be based on both Jhanvi and Sia, as to Raghav she was Sia.

RaSi (Rajat Sidhura.. I dont remember the show.. it was on sony a while back ), SiRa (Siya Raghav from humse hai life) and RaSia (Raghav Siya from Naa aana is desh laado) are already taken, dont know if you all will like to repeat the same name for Raghav - Sia or not.

Raghav - Sia in other words means Ram - Sita, moreover Raghav never called her "jahnvi' inspite of knowing her real name.. so i would vote yes for the name change idea.

Raghav - Sia = AvSi

Raghav - Sia = RagSi

Raghav - Sia = RaghavSi

in that case @aanchal it makes sense as it might lead to confusion...but the old name is too got used to..now changing it everywhere might cause another set of headaches kno...😕
