I watched the rest of the program as well.
They showed KVB speaking about the Hindu-Muslim rivalry/friendship. Honestly, KVB is a really sweet guy. A great human being! I can't remember everything he said entirely now but a couple of things that I loved he said - that children are always friends with everyone. Whether they are Hindu or Muslim doesn't matter, what matters is friendship. And adults should always keep that kid in them alive. He also said that he's a Hindu but he keeps a roza to this day (the audience seemed really proud of him, so was I) and he spoke about his parents as well who were at the event (KVB looks just like his dad).
What he said was really really sweet. And every time he speaks I'm just amazed to see the difference between Viraj and him.
The rest of the performances were beautiful as well. I got goosebumps at many instances. The Gandhi performance was really nice. I liked the Bhagat Singh performance as well.
Vrish, you might have gotten confused. The Rani Lakshimibai act was performed by the lead actress from Punar Vivah. Mouni did something else.
Also, Ritwik Dhanjani is a wonderful dancer! First DIDLM, then JDJ and now this performance of his. I didn't think of him much as an actor but how entertaining is he when he dances? It's always a pleasure to watch him dance. And he's a sweet guy as well.
You guys should really watch this event. It was beautiful and well-thought. I would love to see it again.
