Another fantastic episode tonight.
Whatever creative spirits have possessed the writers, I hope that they remain possessed. Truth be told, I am loving the episodes now. The entire mood of the show has changed. It has switched back to the flow, the depth, the character-driven story that I remember from before. Plus, they're tying up loose ends [Shekhawat, V's pointless war with the Singhs] - steering the story back to the original concept, gradually. It's evident from the characters.
Because after a long time, I felt that everyone was in character and V wasn't glorified. And added to that, I also felt that Jahnvi was strenghtened further tonight -- she wasn't made a stupid, scared, confused girl wandering around and watering bushes. No, she was active. She was a part of the plan -- even if the plan was Raghav's. She used her brain and I am really starting to love her again now. There is no self-pity. No inconsistency. No dumb-ish trait about her. She's strenghtening as a character.
Please keep it up, writers.
>> Pros:
1) Krish signs that V has a black heart
This is something that I have waited for too long. It has been bothering me how Krish has not been able to sense V's evil nature and mingled with him without restriction. It was not the Krish that I remembered in the ashram, refusing to acknowledge that he knew Jahnvi.
But tonight, the writers amended for this character blooper by having Krish sign to V that he has a black heart and later repeat it to Raghav when V didn't understand it. I loved the scene. The way that Krish signed with a unique perception of things combined with child's innocence -- brilliantly scripted. You see, Krish didn't lie because he's innocent and does not understand the danger V poses, so he was straightforward like a child would be. But his observation/sense of V was unique and brilliant.
I loved how he signed that his heart is black. Not that "you're mean" or something flat like that. The words black heart has power and impact and darkness to them. It made Krish a uniquely perceptive kid again.
2) Raghav's clever plan [the recording of the truth]
I've to admit that at first I was confused. What, with the transmitter and everything. I kept thinking: What are the writers doing here? But then as the plan unfolded, I realized that it had one purpose -- to tie up a loose end. To end Shekhawat for now. It seems to me that the writers are trying to steer the story back on track and we should give them the benefit of the doubt, be patient for a week or two until they've amended for everything.
Returning to Raghav's plan, I actually liked it. It was clever. Recording V's evil deeds. The leverage could be to their advantage. If V has evidence against Raghav, then Raghav can prove himself innocent now and put V behind bars for attempted murder and kidnapping.
Clever and necessary.
Plus, before I used to feel that everything was very amateur-ish. In the past three episodes, I feel that the professional feel of the show is back.
3) V was in character
I don't know about anyone else, but I personally feel that V is back in character. I was so fed up with Double V, pathetically repetitive V. If you notice it, he's back in character. He is still suspicious of Shekhawat. But he's so obsessed with getting Jahnvi back that it has been distracting him and he's been overlooking details in relation to Raghav.
However, I remember V being equally overconfident during the Dadi track and ending up distracted, almost exposing himself long before the miscarriage scene.
V is underestimating Raghav, thinking of him as muscle only. He doesn't actually believe that Raghav is smart or has a brain. He's also underestimating Jahnvi, thinking that she'd never tell on him to anyone because he's her parmeshwar.
The parmeshwar part was another moment that is evidence of V being in character again.
Plus he wasn't ridiculed like Double V was. He's been made serious. There's still a humor about his ways, but it's morbid -- for instance how he smacks Unniyal around or how he's condescending in relation to everyone around him, except himself.
One other scene that showed me how he's back in character was the scene in which he glorified himself. When he'd ended the phone call with Shekhawat, he got lost in thinking about himself -- the selfish and narcissistic trait stepping in again. I remember him doing the same back in Manali, standing in front of the mirror, drooling over himself and his oh-so-awesomeness.
I interpret V's current behavior as him being back in character rather than out of it as he's been for the past several weeks. He's not focused on the Singhs anymore. His sole focus is Jahnvi again -- DV theme trait.
4) Raghav's lively expression in the KriGhav scene
Once again, I noticed how Harshad's been working his facial muscles more. I am loving it. In the scene with Krish, his expression was so lively. I enjoyed every bit of it. The twitch of muscles around the mouth, cheekbones, glint in the eyes, light lift of eyebrows. All great.
I'm especially loving his subtle smirks. They're not overly done, but have the right balance and I feel it has become one of his character traits now -- giving his character personality. Well, more of it. Heh.
5) Sia reminds Raghav that his plan can backfire if Shekhawat opens his mouth
This right here showed Sia's proactive involvement as a character. She has been shown has clever and reflective for the past three episodes and I'm loving her like this. Truly.
People can say whatever they want, but Sia is finally being given a personality and she's being given an importance on the show. She and Raghav are a team. If you notice how much she's changed in just three episodes as opposed to before when all she did was wander around like a headless chicken, confused, inconsistent, stupid, repetitively flat. I feel that the writers are now steering her character back on track, working on her layers.
Keep at it, please.
I loved how she reminded Raghav that his plan could backfire. And how Raghav actually acknowledged her observation and involved her in his plan.
6) Sia overhears V
Loved it. It's logical that she'll go back to Manali now -- if she does. Because she will want to make sure that her family's safe. I don't think she'll wander blindly into the house or V's trap, but she'll need to make sure of her family's safety for her own peace of mind.
Like she said, she can't handle losing any more.
7) V and Unniyal
They're awesome. I feel horrible for Unniyal most of the time. But he adds a light humor to V's darkness. I'm enjoying their scenes.
8) "I don't like dirty shirts"
This was once again in character for V -- and KB was funny here -- because it showed his disorder-ish trait. It's not entirely forgotten.
9) Raghav lets Shekhawat leave and loose end is tied up
I would've been severely disappointed if they'd shown Raghav let V kill Shekhawat. I'm so relieved that he let him run. Plus, it was fair. He kept his word and Shekhawat is out of the picture now. The story can be steered back on track. I did love Shekhawat. But he has so little to do with the overall story. It made no sense for him to be around.
10) Shekhawat and V confrontation
It was an awesome confrontation. Scene was allowed to play out fully. Shekhawat was so frigging awesome with his dialogues and the delivery of them, his gestures, expressions -- it was all great. I was hooked throughout the scene. Even V was interesting here.
I especially liked V's point on Shekhawat getting what he deserved. Hypocrisy at its best and an underlying meaning that even V will get what he deserves, eventually.
11) Balanced episode, no rushed sequences, steady flow, powerful dialogue
Thank you so much for a third episode in a row with steady flow, less suspense, balanced scenes, character development, and powerful dialogues. Nothing was rushed. Sequences were played out to their full potential. And even without the typical suspense, I was simply hooked to the episode. Not blinking for a second.
12) Good prevailed, finally
Raghav's plan worked. It didn't fail, and evil wasn't glorified. V is smart, but he's not some superior being with a superior brain that no one else can outsmart. He has met his match in Raghav and he's underestimating Raghav. It was nice to see good prevail tonight. There was a moral message delivered here. Thanks for that.
>> Cons:
1) What about Sundar?
I know that Raghav has been preoccupied trapping V, but I wish they'd show at least one scene in which he visits Sundar at the hospital and talks to him or something. Even if his friend is unconscious. I just... miss some kind of reaction from Raghav in relation to his best friend fighting for his life still.
That's all from me tonight, peeps. Great episode third night in a row. Give the CVs a chance to steer the story back on track. They've already amended a lot character-wise.

awesome analysis...⭐️ as u aptly put it... another fantastic episode... 👏the show belonged to raghav- viraj- shekhavat...⭐️ i liked how there were no filler scenes today... nothing more to add... u have covered evrything...
however i was a little dissapointed with the precap... the dupatta flying scene is a little out of place in a serial that deals with dv... they cud have just shown raghav admiring sia... why did the damn dupatta come in the middle??
