I don't know how true to the turkish show this is, but I wouldn't mind that. It's indian mentality to blame women when the relationship falls apart, even when her husband cheats on her by accusing the woman of never having been a good wife or what not. If in this show they perhaps show that anant himself being the cause for pushing ahana away despite her doing everything she can to make him happy and ahana eventually ending up developing feelings for rihaan due to him providing her comfort and emotional support, then it would perfectly show that ahana isn't your perfect, bear-it-all indian female lead to put up with her husband if he isn't giving his all to the relationship despite trying and ends up falling for another man who gives her the love, respect and comfort she was expecting from her husband. Whether trp aunties will accept this is highly unlikely because they love watching men cheating on their wives and making them cry without complaining that they are justifying and promoting extra-marital affairs, but then have an issue when it comes to women being shown having extra-marital affairs. When will india as a nation grow up and learn to accept watching taboo and real-life situations on tv without accusing channels and producers of promoting taboo?
