Firstly i don't know when did they show Ahana and Anath getting intimate enough for Ahana to get pregnant. But that is not the point. A strong reason is needed to get into exitra marital affair . I could see that building now. Despite Ahana trying to explain Anant not ready to listen to her. Though this is not very major but they are slowly trying to get the base.

i am for Rehaan and Ahana and i want a strong reason for Ahana to shift her loyalty towards Rehaan and i wouldn't be able to accept pure physical dissatisfaction as the reason as she got into this relationship knowing pretty well abt the same. The relationship would get defeated if she is not finding solace in Anant Mathur's company and that was her primary expectation from this relationship. Misunderstandings have started to crop up. hope they build up gradually and if they show in parallel how Rehaan handles situations under different circumstances. We already saw that as well. Rehann spent his time in proving that Ahana is not the right choice but yeah he believed whatever is told to him as truth but it is from the third person. He did not confront Ahana directly. Anant here had a chance to confront Ahana directly but still he is not ready to accept and trust her.

I kind of don't like anants character these days... Taking kids to ice cream while ahana is alone home is so not happening
