If looks can kill, Ram Ahuja would have been a thing of past today, and he would have had a company in the name of Ratnakar Shetty for his journey to afterlife ;)

AK was breathing fire in today's episode. His deep rooted hatred for Ram had taken over him completely, he was blinded by anger, no wonder he failed to see Ayaan in the court. Ram had been adjudged as a convict in his mental court many many years ago, he just can't understand why the real judge see what is so clear to him. I would say Ram should not have been given bail, outside world maynot be safe for him. With the kind of anger displayed by AK, he is capable of doing any physical harm to Ram, I won't put it past him to send some goons to finish Ram off once for all. He might attempt it if the court acquits Ram. He would never ever accept that Ram is innocent of any crime.

AK tried to force his will on the judge, hats off to the judge for resisting the will of such a strong personality, a lesser man would have at the least been stunned with the force displayed by AK. Judge as expected warned action against AK for contempt of court, even that warning didn't have any effect on AK, he continued his tirade. The judge finally had to ask the police to escort him out.

Hats off to Suganthi for predicting that AK would not notice Ayaan in the court, he didn't, and it did look realistic as AK seriously looked blinded in his hatred and anger, and our dear Manav is one big zero, he leaves his brain at home with his wife as it is of no use to him.

AK went one step further outside the court room. He might have tried to strangle Ayaan if he came to know the truth. Ayaan's senior Ratnakar Shetty saved his day by taking the credit & blame (depends of whose POV) of getting bail of Ram on himself. But he really didn't know what he was signing up for, AK physically assaulted him almost, he took hold of the lawyer's collar and promised that he will ensure that Ram gets death sentence at any cost. Everyone around was stunned, there is no logic in AK's hatred, he probably doesn't even care whether Ram is guilty, in his eyes Ram took away his daughter and now daughter is gone forever, that makes Ram guilty
whether Ram actually killed Anu or not. It is a kind of mental sickness.

Amidst all these negative emotions flowing, it was nice to see a smiling Ram, first when he granted bail, then when Mr. Goon was teasing him about his impatience to get out from the jail, and finally when he was talking to the jailer about meeting his daughter and the possibility of his daughter already forgiven him as she had called Karan herself. I felt more pity on Ram in that scene, more than I felt when he was in jail. He is building up so much hope, but Disha is going to break his heart into pieces with her hurtful behaviour. Mr. Goon is being a very rare friend to Ram, even offering accommodation to him outside jail.

Ayaan too was cute in his smile when the judge first announced the bail (before AK's interruption) and also when he tried to hide from AK ;). But I am disappointed in Ayaan, he now officially lied to his bade papa, so far AK didn't have a clue about his case, but today he point blank asked Ayaan whether he is handling Ram's case, thought Ayaan didn't tell the lie himself, by being silent when his senior made the claim of representing Ram, he supported the lie for his own & his family's convenience. It is not right either personally or professionally. The senior had bitten more than he could chew, He didn't expect such aggressive (and improper) behaviour from AK, but he was kind enough to still warn Ayaan to be careful, as well be proud of him like a good mentor.

Our cutie pie Aarav doesn't want to eat until he comes to know of his father's fate, he forces Disha to call Karan. Karan s genuinely happy for Ram and shares the happy news with Disha, he also sings the praises of the lawyer and predicts the lawyer would get Ram free. Disha is not happy, and she couldn't listen to the happiness of Karan. I would have expected Disha to have mixed feelings, not this outright disappointment. Aarav is extremely happy and jumping in joy.

The proud papa Sooraj enacting Ayaan's court performance at his house, his wife (rightly) worried about AK's anger. I would suggest Sooraj to look for other jobs, his days at AK's employment are counted.

AK calling up the commissioner and giving a piece of his mind, he also orders to get a better prosecution lawyer who can ensure cancellation of Ram's bail in the next hearing. he wants Ram to hang at any cost, Disha overhearing the conversation, is she worried for her father, can't really say.. She looked disturbed though.

Since she called up Karan (though she didn't ask anything on Ram explicitly) Ram assumes she is ready to listen to him, poor guy, he is setting himself up for a big disappointment. Disha is going tear him up with her tongue lash.

Precap: Ayaan and Aarav celebrating Ram's bail with Ayaan claiming that Ram will also be acquitted, Disha in no mood to join the duo.

I think the makers are keeping Ayaan's truth as a secret from AK as they want to keep Ayaan at Kapoor house for the sake of better contact with the kids, but if that is the purpose, they should avoid these close encounters of AK coming dangerously close to finding the truth.

Dil Ki baaten really turns out to be something different from regular serials as promised. But I must confess I don't watch any serials in any language except acted by Ram Kapoor.
Episode was spot on with everybody showing the right amount of anger, expectation, elation and disappointment.Ram was cute when he asked innocently it takes this long to get out after bail.
Mr.Goon is the unexpected friend at an unexpected place. His earthy and crooked judgement of people is perfect. On the whole I enjoyed and was happy the way story was going.

Yes, the story Is progressing well, the characters are well etched and interesting. Ram was indeed very cute when he was childishly eager to leave the prison.
