Okay so I've been a Karan Kundrra fan for a long long time now and for the last few days I've been reading/watching his interviews he gave since the last couple of years. And I've noticed that in almost every interview he gave out that he doesn't wanna do daily soaps because it make the actor's life stagnant and that he's more into doing a finite series(roadies, love school, hosting shows) and movies. After 1921, Mubarakan and his TV projects he was keen on doing a Web Series so that it wraps up fast and he can go back to movies. I don't know if there is any upcoming movie of his yet, but that is what the boy always wanted to do and he's passionate about that.

Dil Hi Toh Hai being a daily soap, don't know till where it will go or for how long it will air, even though the ratings are not that great compared to other channel shows looking at the current track i guess we are safe for next 50-60 episodes at least. When Dil Hi Toh Hai was offered to him he was really happy because initially I guess it was just An ALT Balaji show and later the Sony TV thing happened. I'm sure he thought a web based show will end soon. Now we can see that Dil Hi Toh Hai is clearly more than just a web show and that it is actually a TV Daily Soap, even though the content ain't typical saas-bahu(Thank God for that). What if he gets a film offer between all this, decides to quit the show?

Wasn't dil hi toh hai a daily show that was telecasted on sony from day 1??? ... He must have known that when he signed on ... I dont think it was ever supposed to be a exclusive web series..

Sony does not make very long soap ..so expect dil hi Toh hai to run for 5-6 months more and then end ..
Somebody asked this question to him on Instagram and he said no he's very happy with the show and extremely proud of it .. and I am telling if a show runs for 1 full year we ourselves will get bugged because at this pace
We will see palak and ritwik playing mom and dad to grown up kids

So just go with the flow and enjoy the show TIL it is fun

Well I think he will be thete till it runs not only bcoz of it's content but aslo bcoz of team he is working with...and from day one everyone knows that it's not typical web series as it's been telecasted on national channel...as fast as trp goes it's doing very well online as well as on TV...one of my friend who is associated with television told that on Sony to have trp of 0.7 in three months of show is very good...and Sony doesn't go only by trp as it's sports channel gives it enough revenues...so point it DHTH is doing very well on all departments and it can go for long...and they have many characters in show who's story can b focused along with palwik...

This is my first show of karan so i dont know his career journey much but i know one thing this is an Ekta mata show and no one wants to take panga with her and wasnt KMH was EK prod so basically ekta is like his mentor he must have thought before signing it .
Personally i would be happy if show ends within next 6-9 months rather than stretching end it showing meaningful tracks and closing all loop holes .I am 99% sure no DHTH fan would want to show go for 3-4 years

Karan is someone who would anything for someone who is very near & Dear to him ...if it wasn't for EK ..he wouldn't have done this show ...

Coming to movie offer ... I remember when he was offered Shanghai (movie starring Kalki Koechkin) during KMH2 ..he opted KMH2 as he had already given his commitment for KMH2..

He did YKAGH for Vikas Gupta & Balaji 😛

He is least bothered about Numbers & Ratings 😎

I think DHTH will wrap up by End of the year of within next 6months 🥺
