Actually, fidelity is to do with a relationship. One could be having sex with more than one person at the same time as long as all parties know that this is just plain sex and its not exclusive. In this case Rithwik's girlfriends are not really "girlfriends" in the true sense of the term - they were merely sex partners. You would call someone a girlfriend only if you have said you want to go steady with them, and that they are exclusive to each other.

The only person who Rithwik did cheat on was Ananya, because he was committed to her. This included two types of infidelity: 1) Emotional infidelity , and he did not come clean about it with her 2) Physical infidelity: He had kissed a girl - he did attempt to be honest, but ultimately he wasn't
