I think it could be someone trying to steal Noon medicine s formula from palak's Laptop... remember all systems at Noon biotech got corrupted and only Palak had backup... someone will steal the details from Palak and the blame will come on Palak... May b then Rithwik will take a stand and trust Palak and own up that he loves her and will marry her.. the family will not trust her and will be against her...this seems to be good reason

I think it's someone from Mumbai where palak worked. She might have refused to approve some medicine of other big pharmaceutical company there and now those people are trying to defame palak like in bribery or soemthing. Maybe police and all come to take palak and ritwik will break his wedding and trust palak.

I don't think at this point it's anyone we know from show. If I have to choose then I would say rishabh. He might hv heard ritwik-Aman talk and now trying to plan soemthifn so that PaRit gets married.

Risabh possibly...also this might be his introduction to his grey shade...

I have agree with this theory & as for who I think it's Rishab... he sees how happy Rikkis Shadi is making parents n he's jealous of Rikki getting all attention. He's interested in cutting rikki out of parents good books n is well aware of rikkis interest in palak... so he's setting it up to breakup thecwedding with ananya. Knowing what a disappointment rikki will be for parents if he breaks wedding
