yaar...this is a hard question. I think it's all of these. And I think he had accepted to himself and he was falling for her so that hurt him even more.

He thought his friend lied to him for money and he lost his friend and that trust he put on her is affecting him in a way.

Voted for option 3. Rikky is affected by just everything Palak does. His feelings for her are so intense that he is not able to handle it and hence he is trying to justify it with his anger.
