I too noticed this and have a feeling its related to her brothers death becoz that is also related to wrong medicine.

As Papa Noon is a known figure...palak might have seen his face ..however VP's hide & Seek with Palak will definitely lead to something big

Niticed from thd very first day...he has nit met her of seen her pic..so As much as I can understand..most probably palak will save him at some point And he will instantly like her for his family without knowing her truth and bring her home or in company..
