Whenever I see this show, lot of scenes between the leads and characterization reminds me of kitni mohabbat hai season 1.. Is it just me or is there anyone else too??

Many incidents reeven basic theme is same...

Only here Karan Kundra plays Casanova and extrovert...and in KMH 1 he was lonely and introvert...

I think Dil hi toh hai is customised for 2018 generation

True! It looks like a remake of KMH.. I wish the female lead was same too.. but anyways this has a different touch to it so I am enjoying it!

Got that feeling right from the first episode but still loving the way they are showing it . It's the same old wine but the packaging is new and refreshing .
