Episode starts with Buama telling Gauri that I have been slow poisoning Om Everday with that Tilak... I have made that Tilak mixture myself ...it's got poison in it ...slow poison and then death no one in the house will come to know also ... So no will suspect me ...Buama says further that initially she thought that Incase anything happens to the first child i will stop the slow poisoning so that second child happens ... Once the second child would have come into this world then I would have finished Om...
But u have spoiled everything for me ...
U r so irritating ... Now I have to do Everthing again... I have to get Omkie married again... But Omkiea marriage then Wats ur job now ...so u have to die now ...
Buama takes Guaris duppatta and starts to strangle her neck ... Gauri screams ...
Buama continues strangling Gauris neck... Gauri shouts Omkaaraji and Om is standing in the front ...
Buama leaves Gauri and tells Om thank God you came she is a lier and she is not pregnant ... Om giving really angry looks comes and stands Inbetween Buama and Gauri moving Gauri behind with his hand from side ...
Omkaara tells Buama that he saw Everthing and heard Everthing Wat she said and Wat Gauri said ...
Buama tries justifying by Om shouts and stops Buama by saying " BAS" not a word ...
On tells her he heard everything Kaise Aapka Ratan Aayega Aur Omkaara Jayega...
He looks at Gauri behind frm the corner of his eyes ...
Gauri standing behind putting both her hands on Omkaaras back ...
Next scene Omkaara in OM hall talking to Jhanavi... Om tells Jhanavi that he still can't believe all this wat Buama had done ...
All the love, care and belongingness that she showed towards us Everthing was a show ...Jhanavi tells Om that wat Buama is saying wat she feels is the truth ... Om tells Jhanavi that it's not the question of Truth or Lie but about the intentions and Buamas intentions for this house where never correct ...
Jhanavi tells Om that Buama had lost a lot of things in her life ... I agree she has made a mistake but Om pls don't be angry on her ...
Om is very furious ...
Om says truth can never be hidden ...so today Buama has to accept the truth ...

Next scene Buama in Rikara bedroom sitting on the bed with Ratans photograph and singing like a Psycho...
Apne Ratan ka ...,...
Buama looking scary suddenly she looks back and senses Om standing behind her ...
Om tells her that " Buama Ratan ...
Buama stops him with her hand and says Omkie Mera Ratan Aayega ... And she continues singing ... Om tells her Buama Ratan will not comeback ... People who go ( die ) do not come back...
Buama goes crazy and gets up and attacks Om... She tells Om how dare he say such a bad thing ... Should I do ur ToTe ToTe... And she starts screaming like a maniac ... Om is shocked just standing quit with his hands up...
Buama says Mera Ratan Aayega ... Buama goes in a phase and Starts talking again that girl that girl faked her pregnancy ... That girl was lying ...My Ratan was cmg ...
Om tries explaining her but Buama starts crying, shouting and acting mad...
Buama tells Om I don't wanna listen to anything Omkie... Mera Ratan Aayega...
She starts waking in the room like a mad woman ... Om trying to control her ...
Buama screams Mera Ratan Aayega and she passes out ... The photo frame of Ratan falls frm her hands and breaks ... Om catches her ...
Next Scene Jhanvi talking to Daadi ...OM hall
Gauri Om also present ...
Buama in wheelchair Drs are taking her ...
Jhanavi tells Daadi all reports of Buama suggests that she has lost all her senses and mind and needs to be sent to the mental asylum...she can prove to be dangerous to our family also
So we sending her to the Mental Asylum ...
Daadi says Wat rubbish and tries to intervene Om stops her and says Daadi Mental hospital is a proper hospital and ad will get proper treatment there... Buama can prove to be dangerous to us but also to herself ...
Daadi says if our family member is ill we can't send him like this to the mental Hosp...
Om says don't worry there are worlds best dr and she will be moniteref 24 hrs there ...
Jhanavi tells Daadi thanks to Gauri that she realised Buamas intentions otherwise Buama had made all plans to kill Omkaara ...
Om looks at Gauri and he remembers Chulbul getting stabbed saving Jhanvi ...
Chulbul saving Om from rallying ...
Then Rain scene hug...
Jhanvi tells the Drs to take Buama...
Buama is taken on the wheelchair ... She says in her mind " don't think Omkaara this game is over ... I did this pagalpan ka drama so that u guys think am mad and not a murderer ... I will defiantly come back for my Ratan...
Next Scene Gauri in front of Shankarji Murti all packed with her bag ...

Gauri again starts to go ... Om comes and touches the curtain which was caught by Gauri ...
Gauri climbs the steps Omkaara says ...
Kahi Jha Rahi Ho...
Gauri turns and sees Omkaar in front of her ...
Gauri says Chiraiyya Aur kaha Jayegi... Back to her nest... Om says Bareilly ... She says yes that's my house there...
Om tells her is it necessary for u to go ...
Gauri tells him for wat work I waited her in OM is over ... Now I don't have any reason to stay back ... Or Nor do I have the Rights to stay back...
Om tells her but if I tell you don't go ... Wait here then will u wait ...
Gauri stares back and she says WHY... Why should I do u have a reason Omkaaraji fit stopping me to stay back...
Om is quite... Gauri tells him I know u don't have an answer to my question today nor will u ever have an answer in the future ...
Om tells Gauri maybe i misunderstood u always ... Gauri actually speaks and says u never understood me Omkaaraji...

Suddenly she goes ahead and stops ...
