Shivaay kabhaath Hai yaar I feel it and beside there was a video of Anika and nakul where nakul has wore this pattern kurta and they both were dancing because ishqbaaaz and dbo both topped because of oberoi special.

No actually it's RiKara's pic. I double checked it lol.
There is pic of Nakuul and Kunal on Insta. Kunal is wearing long sleeve jacket and Shivaay is wearing a Kurta with 3-Quarter sleeves.
So it's Indeed Omkara's hand! :)

Ok may be I am confused now... Because I have seen the same pattern on Shivaay beside I haven't seen shivaays dress with so much concentration and kunal's pic I haven't seen..
