Hindi TV show aur logic ka 36 ka akada hai 😆 Om Gauri ko shadi ka bhi koi solid reason nhi tha but people happy Ki Chalo then can see Om Ki love story, so aaise hi Ye bhi bina Sar pair ka logic hai . I pacifai myself thaty may be swet thought Ki om marry me for sure so she included Ki if he will not marry her then all property goes to his would be wife and for that she pito dindhora in the whole city that she is his would be wife so if her plan failed property belongs to her something like that And now because om is already married so property belongs to gauri. I think they had to more explanation 👎🏼

The prenup was signed weeks ago. The prenup said that if he doesn't marry Svetlana, Omkara's "would be wife" will be entitled to all his property. But she forgot to write his "would be wife Svetalana", (whatever her real last name is). So THIS was the loop hole that Jhanvi found. Her business brain finally working again. Every contract usually does have some loophole or you look closely enough sometimes you can find it!!

Actually in that SRK and Fardeen movie Dulha Mil Gaya, they had something similar. Fardeen's Dad's will stipulated that he must "legally marry" his best friends daughter from Punjab and stay married for 10 years in order to inherit his money. This guy had no interest in marriage he was a player living the high life in Trinidad. (Where his family had been living for years). Ironically his name was Tej! LOL. Anyways, the lawyer said he has to marry this girl. But they found a loophole. The will never specifically stipulated that they have to "live together in the same house". So this guy goes to India, marries the girl and leaves and does not come back or get her to Trinidad. She ends up going to Trinidad in search of him.

This is something similar. Svet in her over confidence forgot to specifically mention Svetalana Kapoor as the "would be wife" of Omkara Singh Oberoi. So as per the legal document all Om's wealth goes to his actual wife, which is Gauri.

Mandy if he isn't marrying Swetlana then she isn't his "would be wife"

I know about that movie but there he actually marries the girl and abandons her

Here Sweet can not be his would be wife or wife if Om doesn't marry her it's just that they need a reason to show RiKara married

Reasoning isn't applicable in IB DBO verse

Svetlana is omkara would be wife because he was publicly engaged to her and declared to marry her infront of everyone.

His wish not to marry her does not count in legal process. When he engaged with her and signed prenuptial then it doesn't matter what he want personally when officially he has declared something else.

The clause should be written as if Omkara will not marry Svetlana Kapoor the property will go to his would be wife Svetlana Kapoor.

Instead its mentioned as If Omkara will not marry Svetlana Kapoor the property will go to his would be wife.And would be wife can be anyone who Omkara will marry.Nowhere it is mentioned it should be Svet.

As she was his fiance she should technically be called as would be 😊

I used the movie as an example of the Loophole. Yes Svet is not his "wife" if they don't get married. The clause would have said his "would be wife" is entitled to the wealth if the marriage does not go through. But since no "Name" is written there it is up to interpretation. If Omkara is already married, then his would be wife now actual wife is Gauri.

The fact remains when he signed the prenup he was already married. So the prenup meant nothing as it is. So he should not have even signed it. But at the time there was no issue of this mercy marriage ever being considered as a real one. So he signed the prenup to buy time. He thought if he can find something to prove Svetlana is a fraud and possibly a criminal then the marriage won't have to happen and she is gone and Tej will also give up on her. But that is not what happened.

The Prenup was already in play since before so it was never a new idea. They were going to use the marriage to Gauri as a way of escaping marriage to Svetalana at some point. It's just that this is the way they have chosen to do it. Flimsy but it gives them the reason to have Om and Gauri make a deal. Fact remains they would always have to use the "I am already married" clause to stop this marriage. That is what they are doing. From the moment Om married Gauri we knew he would never marry Svetlana.

Thanks for all your responses, but in truth, Svetlana should have a simpler contract, if I'm fails to marry her then she, Svetlana Whatever, will be paid a certain amount by On for breach of promise...nothing else except for a deadline for payment
