Hospital milega and the revelation would happen but then chip se Om might feel that Gauri was actually helping Swetlana, and once her work was done, Swetlana planned to finish her off, if Gauri's secret is known by Swetlana first (which would happen in all probability), this would be easier for her to prove that Gauri was her puppet n Om's betrayer

So yahan pe I guess it would be only slight guilt but his total hatred wouldn't decrease

Omkara will be guilty but when cb's truth will comeout, he will be volcanokara , he has right also coz gauri will be term as traitor. If by chance svets change knife , only chulkara know about knife being fake how it real, Svetlana will leave no chance to defame gauri infront of omkara & family, she has enough proofs against gauri, she transferred3months advance sal in gauri's a/c, she always know about omkara's location coz chulbul is with him , she gad set d tracker on chulbul.
