We all know that main villain of Dbo and in om life will be choti dadi. So let's guess what her role may be. Toll now jo news of her. So she may enter after Svetlana out.
In ib om was said illegitimate by Mrs kapoor. Though it is not proved yet but still this track is left hanging. Om love his mom too much. If he is illegitimate then this will be devastating for him. Illegitimacy of om means he may be son of Tej and another Svetlana kind of woman who may be mistress of Tej in old time. This will be tragic track because om hate mistress kind of woman and he may be born of one of those kind.
I think choti dadi may bring this truth in his life.
Though I don't want illegitimacy track for om as he has enough pain in his life but cv has still not cleared om illegitimacy track in ib. So most probably they can use it in dbo. As per said by Sushmita as choti dadi that she will bring twist in om life then may be this twist is illegitimacy issue.
