I dont know what charm "O Sathiya" has in itself and how it takes me with it.A perfect melody,sweet romantic tune,melodious keytones packed with a painful angst harmonic sound-overall the song is a complete package of a painful yet perfect story sealed with love.
I know shivay is now considered to be the best ishqbaaz from his ground stage improving day by day.But I always had my hopes on our beloved Om and his story.Gul made it a bit late but has chosen a perfet girl for him.I think Shrenu has got a beautiful face with a natural voice.It has some seductive attitude in her voice when she speaks in a low tune.Sometimes it looks like she is whispering and thats where I find it so perfect.
And what to say about Om.He was presented as an unflawed character crunched with a horrible past and a damning habit of drugs,yet firm in his principles which he had in his solid credence with compatible reasons of his own.With the time,he also was proven to fall in the mergin of a flawed character.Telling lies in some situation,hiding truths from brother-all has made him rifted but a perfect human being,I guess.
After the spine-off many may not like the transformation of his character including me.He is butchered to some extent.But if you match it with the situation,his changed attitudes and rude behaviour to the world and fizzled conduct in differentiating the right and wrong-all can be justified greatly.A child can never bear the pain of his mothers especially not for his father.A mistress like Swetlana is good enough to seal a nasty and treacherous image of any woman in a man's head and mind.That's what happened with Om.He is not supposed to believe Gauri.Why will he? Do we believe every random person we meet everyday in road or anywhere?Then why will Om believe Gauri when he doesnt know a bit about her? On top that the situation arrived in front of him in such a way that it resembled like his own mother's story.It is his natural reaction to not to believe her.Then maintaining the marriage he did just to save a Swetlana type woman is far behind !!Gauri is like Swetlana to Om and how can he love a woman like his mother's 'Sautan'?
But still Om will love Gauri,definitely.I feel Gul in all her previous shows has shown ML's love deeper than the FL's.And I know once Om will fall over Gauri,it is he who will make his every breathe dependent on her.His eyes has the immense craveness in it to get a pure love with no betray,no pain,no lie and thats what he will get from her and there will be no doors left except love back her.
But his journey will not be easy at all.As you all know Gauri isnt Om's takkar wala girl.Not in protestion,not in education and not even in thinking.For Gauri,believe is the only thing she follows and Om has lost all his believe in himself and he is on the verge of exploring himself.Omkara singh oberoi's journey to become Om will lead him to only Gauri.Gauri,though not compatible to Om in education or thinking,she has the only power to make Om think "All woman are not same" and her this power can make herself a incessant person in comparison of Her husband whom she considers the blessing of her God.Throughout their journey to love,Gauri will be the one who will suffer most as she has already started respecting Om since their marraige.If the person you respect most,insults you, you will really be broken.And thats when Om will hold her.
He will break her and only then he will mould her in his clay of love !!
Its only my feeling that in future Gauri will be the one falling in danger making Om suffer the most.Thats how maybe,he will realize his love.If Gauri's character ever has a turning point,then after Om's realization she might show indifference to Om taking a firm stand for herself.Thus keeping her away from Om,she may have the chance to bring him more close.
And "O Sathiya" is there to make them do that.
