Today's episode was really disappointing. Also The precap. Wat is Gul showing. Couldn't she think of a better plot.
Gauri is shown in Chains
Then made to dance like a wh...
Then this disgusting thing... Most disappointing was making Gauri Marry three men. And all those desperate men waiting to spend the first night with her ( it gets the creeps out of me even thinking about it ).
Then now they show her buried with only her head out and being tortured to death.
So Omkara will have pity on her and marry her. What a love story we have.
What do u guys think of today's episode. Wasn't it just too much to show the FL being subjected to this kind of violence.
Where is Gul going with this show.

I have not seen todays episode so cant comment on that fully but this comment is based on your topic ..

But I see Gauri as a strong character and fighting from those men to keep herself safe ...

Many sad things does happen is Rural Villages ( not sure in Barailey ) but girls they do go through ...

Omkara has his reason not to Trust Gauri or any girl .. Do not what will happen next but Production does go out of box idea for TRP ..

it is happening in each and every serial.. people r complaining but still watchin

So far i am liking Gauri and Omkara and their reasons to hate each other

Yeh serial hain ...Serial ke tarah dekhne main bhalai hai.. Serial mai jo hota hai wo rea life main nahi hota 😆 The way Gauri manage to put Omkara on the Thela ..was impossible.. they jumped in the river but they were still okay .. its not real and it is happening 😆

I am fed up of hearing it's not real but a serial dialogue in every forums especially IB n now here too. I can't give excuses for every actions just cuz it's a show. Hating someone is fine but leaving a girl to dogs is not humanity. He sud have given her a benefit of doubt. We watch d show so we have rights to criticise.

Why project such things. Jumping out of the train and all that is ok. Where r they showing Gauri strong finally Omkara will be the hero and save her.
Anyway I personally don't find anything new in this story. If u guys liking it then please enjoy it. Am not happy with this track but that's my opinion and problem to deal with. Ishqbaaz really started with a diff concept & went on another level now we have DBO which is on another track only. Finally hope both shows don't go off air as people will start loosing Interest eventually if they continue showing this kind of nonsense.
Today's episode really scared me. Guys don't get me wrong waited really long for Omkaras love story to start. Am hoping it will get better.

Understand that Om has 'supposedly' changed because of his past.

But they could have defo given him one scene where he atleast cares to look back at the soul begging him for help and you can see he is conflicting helping her out or thinking she is playing a game.

Just some indication to us that he is doing it for reasons that he believes in.

Since the time DBO has started, everytime she is asking him to have some faith in her and trying to explain her side, he storms off w/o giving her a chance. Thats unlike him and its really depressing.

Thank you so much for saying that. Just because it's a show doesn't mean they can show any non sense for the sake of TRP. If they wanted to show Gauri a strong character then why didn't they show Omkaras FL an educated lawyer or a professional.
DBO at this rate is going no where. Since the series started last week everday Gauri is tortured with new things like she is some cow or a buffalo whom u can keep in chains and do whatever u like with her.
Gul is just copy pasting from her old shows and giving us a new show. Nothing diff.
Hope both shows eventually don't loose audience interest and go off air. Ishqbaaz will defiantly suffer in its TRPs as Om & rudra r missing there.

The point of my topic is not even Omkara not helping her or the change in his character ( am sure we have excepted that by now that he is not the same Omkara ) but The FL being shown crying and sulking everday.

Ohh I apologize for misconstruing it then. I am personally in favour of leads who have a purpose and give their all to get what they deserve. Thought Gauri would turn out like that after the truck confrontation. But she just was shown to give up because her mother was being harassed. In contrast, if you really look at it, Annika atleast made an attempt to take her brother out of the toxic environment. If Gauri is old enough to have a shop and earn a livelihood, why on earth does she need to live with her relatives who are so greedy that they sell her off for the sake of money. Just dump them already! Also, the jewellery she is wearing could be used to lure those men away too. She could have just pretend trailed that and sent those men on a wild goose chase. Gauri had a lot of potiential in my eyes and her mahaanta quotient and dependancy on the ML is turning me off from the show. TBH even today wasnt paying attention to their scenes, just saw it because I was waiting to see what happens with the other pair.

Anika too agreed to marry Shivaay cuz he threatened to kill her brother. Gauri's relatives were abt to burn her mom wid coals n then drowning her in drum. Wat she was supposed to do then? At least Om as a lead is not doing all these things to Gauri unlike Shivaay. Gauri is strong does not means she is a superhero to necessarily always save herself. Gauri is controlled by her relatives 4m childhood along wid her mom n she was not allowed to even go to school after she was of age 10. It's not easy to buy a house so she has no where to go. Also, it's highly possible of her relatives always snatching her hard earned monies by threatening her mother. It's easy to call a character weak but try to analyse dat character. Also, she has no adult friend to be able to help her.

@angeljuhi Hey, I never called her weak. I'm only saying she is not as strong as she seemed in the 2nd episode 😲 I merely said that the character could have been shaped better. Agree that she is a 5th pass but she is on her own feet. And the torture from her aunt and uncle could have made her think of moving out. As for the jewellery being used for trail, I actually saw it on another show and found it kinda smart. Yes, Omkara is not the cause of her issues and neither is he kidnapping and doing BS to force her for anything, but neither is he giving a thought about how every story is not the same. And as for looking at it from her view, somehow escaping with her mother would have spared her from the fate they are showing her face right now.
