I don't think there will be a year long leap maybe 6 months or less as Tia is pregnant and they need to reveal her truth etc.
I think they will start off showing the back story of what happened during the past few months and stuff

I already said it in IB forum few days ago that Thakur might be marrying Gauri by force and somehow Om will not let this marriage happen. But since we've seen MR & MRS. Thakur's pic now i think that Om will atop the marriage because of jhanvi thakurain. The name will remind him of his own mother so he will not let it happen with her. Werna he doesn't care whom Thakur marries.

After IB today's episode I feel that Gauri might be someone arranged by Shivaay to keep an eye on Om as he is not that of a macho man in front of a famous thug of the town. Things will happen and Gauri must be the care taker of that mandir also.

Now I am getting excited

Forgot to mention about RuMya.

Soumya will leave the house tomorrow and Rudra will be blasted by shivaay. Feeling bad about whatever happened he'll ho looking for Soumya and while on flight he meets (Sara Khan) his ex maybe?
