Well, I know it's kind of not connected to the topic but I don't understand how can one question geetas dancing abilities.....if she dances better than her contestants....ofcourse she does, no questions abt that she is one of the most graceful dancers I have ever seen. One cannot take eyes of her when she dances. Though she is now overweight yet she is full of grace and her postures are breathe taking....I think it's a bit too much for us...viewer from side to judge these peoples credibility as dancers or choreographers....they are where they are after coming a long way in the industry so lets not so easy to judge them!
I didnt say Geeta cannot dance! I meant is that if she is asked to show the same dances as her contestants, she wouldnt be able to do all that! She excels in her style, of course, who can deny that? All masters are like that, they always excel in their forte.. Whenever she dances, she does in her own style - semi-classical plus Bollywood, and she is very good at it.. I dont care about her weight, as Saroj Khan is an excellent dancer despite her age (62) and weight! And Geeta's expressions are great - no question about it! I have seen her dance in movies, when she was a background dancer for Farah, and she was very good.. Again, all the contemporary, ballroom, prop, aerial, etc kind of styles done by her contestants - I dont think she would be able to perform those acts the same way.. Other masters would be able to...
