He doesn't really add anything worth paying attention to. What's sort of amusing is the fact that Mithun Da starts off his speech genuinely believing that he's an inspirational speaker and everyone grasps every word that comes out of his mouth. I just drown out everything he says.

I do listen to him, he always has good things to say...

Like last episode he said: dusro ke flops ginanese apni picture hit nahi ho jati...

Thats so true....I have heard this in different versions but this is the most appealing...
